Original Comment Time Warner Cable's email system is incompatible with Windows 8/8.1, according to their &quot;Tech Support&quot; people over in Asia who speak English rather poorly.<br /> <br /> Windows 8/8.1 do not recognize the old Time Warner POP accounts but instead require the more modern IMAP. I guess &quot;modern&quot; is the key problem for TW Cable as they seem to still be relying on the old &quot;two cans and a string&quot; system.
