Official Complaint - to pay pal..<br /> <br /> Gulnar Ali <br /> 4249 Indian Run Dr Carrollton Texas 75010<br /> <br /> <br /> Regards to received incorrect damaged item and not received my item ,...<br /> <br /> 1. I have been very disappointed with the service provided by eBay.<br /> 2. I received a package with 2 different invoices - the item that I received was not mine (there were some essential oil inside the pack) - my blue wax was not there..(assuming it was missed package)<br /> 3. I called eBay and explained them the situation - ( as per ebay csr my money will be refunded in 10 days no matter what and THAT I SHOULD DISPOSE THE ITEM ) - after that the ebay csr spoke with me she transfer me to ebay.<br /> 4. I called back the next day speaking with ebay crs - she was very rude and did not really supported the call in proper manner. ( I was really fusterated being the point I did not get my item and I had to face this rudeness)<br /> 5. After couple days I get an email from PayPal asking to send the item back in order to get the refund - NOTE: the essential oil that I received were damaged + on the first original call I was never told to save the item.<br /> 6. I called again to ebay and spoke with csr and explained them the situation- they said I need to speak with PayPal - after speaking with PayPal person I was told the money will not be refunded being the point I had not saved the item.<br /> 7. I'm going in circle with pay pal and the only resolution I have been suggested is to dispute the credit card, my question is why do I have to go that far and go in circle again and again.. <br /> 8. I HAVE MADE 35 CALLS FOR PAST 1 MONTH and no resolution..<br /> <br /> <br /> Here is my concern -<br /> <br /> 1. I was never told to save the incorrect damaged products - so how am I expected to return the item.<br /> 2. I'm going in circle and no progress on refund or replacement of the item.<br /> <br /> <br /> I like to some to please take ownership of this issue and resolve in better productive way.<br /> <br /> At this point I don't have my product or replacement or refund.. NEVER EVER BUY FROM Ebay..
