Original Comment I've shopped at Nordstrom for many many years. Long enough to miss the piano music. I was delighted that a new N rack was moving in close to our<br /> <br /> home. A short drive to Concord CA. What a complete disappointment. <br /> <br /> While the store looks neat enough, the maintenance of sizes and general order is a disaster. I left the store with one purchase from the men's dept. which is ordered much better than the women's. While there are size dividers they are<br /> <br /> meaningless. The sales personnel on an early Saturday morning seemed more <br /> <br /> interested in chatting with one another than keeping order or helping. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Though there were few people in the store there was a long line to checkout. <br /> <br /> The music was loud and intended for a teenage audience. <br /> <br /> I almost had look back when I left to be sure the sign was Nordstrom. <br /> <br /> Usually I carry armloads of things out of other racks like my daughter's in MD <br /> <br /> but frankly I just grew weary of looking for sizes that were not where they should have been.
