Original Comment Today Jan 26th, around 3:00pm I decided to stop by you<br /> Fitness center in Richardson Texas off Beltline and <br /> Road. I just left Church with my Family and with excitement <br /> told them I wanted to join LA fitness today. Two of my<br /> Cousins agreed that they wanted to join also. We walked in<br /> and stood at the front for a little while, a mature man walked<br /> up to us dressed like a consumer. This person did not greet<br /> asked if we needed something, I wasn't sure if we were speaking<br /> with a staff member. I replied, we want to join and he said have <br /> you been here before? The person had a mad look on his face, so<br /> I replied, no but I saw your sign and we want to join. He started<br /> walking to the desk area. I said Sir I don't feel welcome here<br /> and he immediately turned around an said ok if that's how you<br /> feel that's fine. He escorts us to the door, so I ask him if this how<br /> they normally treat consumers and he said, I'm the General Manager. <br /> He informed me that his location has the best numbers in the company. <br /> This experience left me and my Family feeling hurt, confused, unwanted,<br /> and for the first time in a very long time discriminated against.
