I purchased a Bosch Dishwasher on 14th October 2013. A promise of £25 cash back applied. My first claim the last number on the invoice could not be read. I sent again a photocopy plus an engineer's report for a call out on 25th October to provide proof of purchase. Each time I checked the status of my claim there was no trace of it even though I have an e-mail copy thanking me for my claim. After giving all the information on the phone once again there was still no trace of this on 6th January but contact with Emily on 08082341639 traced it and said I would receive this in 2/3 weeks. I have telephone again today 3 times and eventually been told I will have to wait at least another 3/4 weeks for the next batch to be sent out. I am not prepared to do this and I am writing to your head office . Customer service is non-existent and No further Bosch item will be purchased by me.
