Original Comment I have made over six calls to AT&T concerning my wireless bill to discuss why the marketing advertising did not match what your customer service gave me over the phone concerning your mobile share promotion. In speaking to the rep and totally explaining the issue he assured me that there would be no problem in switching me to the plan, when I got my bill LOOK OUT ...ROBBED ...called spoke to several agents (need additional training) was told a supervisor Michael Joseph from Idaho called me back, bad representation of any company calling a consumer. He insisted that I needed to call another carrier to check for better rate...no concern about retention (would not want him on my team to score) Time warner is looking better ...Hope this call was recorded
