20 days ago my Magic Jack account stopped working. I started with the computer model. When you came out with the one that did not need the computer connection I purchased that. I still had time on the first one so I told them not to renew that one and I would just renew the mj plus. When it came time to renew it said then account was under review but that was more than 20 days ago. No one can tell me anything so it looks like you are making persons pay 50 dollars to sign up allover again. Your employees just say your account is under review but no one knows why. Keeping your customers in the dark is a good way to lose them I have been with your company for 3 years and now this. I need a phone and if Magic jack can on longer supply service have the curtisiy to let your customers know whats is going on. We all need service and to work with provider that will not respond is not working. Please respond with a date so I can either wait or go with another company.
