Original Comment Products don't work. Customer Service is the worst! Been dealing with a crap 12 cup coffee maker for 11 weeks! Emails don't get answered, the east Indian lady on the phone says 'if the light is on it's working', Customer Service Manage says he'll have a new one mailed to me, but the request to have it sent is sitting in the shipping department for 2 weeks. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT MADE BY THIS COMPANY!
