Original Comment Skype has non-existent customer service. They make it impossible to get a refund on the credit you have in your account if you want to redeem it. They are thieves because of how they set up their refund policy. You get it back only if it's unused within 15 days. Otherwise, they take it and it's impossible to get back. Then, when you don't use it, they tell you it's expiring. When asked for a refund, they tell you they encourage you to use it.
