Original Comment My daughter has been a net10 customer for over 3 years, they were never able to switch the name on the phone to hers, and now she bought a new phone, as they advertise to "bring your own phone" and it is not a net10, customer service told her they could not help her. These people do not understand english and if you have a problem that is not on their script, they have no idea how to help. I am sending a letter to the CEO Frederick Pollak. This company is a joke and I will continue to complain about them until they are out of business
