Original Comment CONTACT YOUR CONGRESSMAN!!! Safelink Wireless is a company funded by the U.S. Government that provides phone service to elderly and vulnerable citizens of the U.S. Anyone researching this company should be aware that Safelink has outsourced most of their operations to other countries. Their service application process is extremely ineffective, customer support is questionable, and there is little to no accountability with this company. I would highly advise anyone that experiences difficulties with this company to contact your Congressman, and petition them to cancel contracts with Safelink, and to find a more responsible company to do business with.
