Original Comment You are the absolute worst in customer care!! You have no business having a company at all. I have been out of service for 2 weeks with no help at all from your so called customer service reps. I've tried activating my new and was told I needed a new sim card. Why the hell does it take almost 2 weeks to get a new sim card???!!!! Just called back check what the issue was and was told that Fedex returned the package to them b/c there was no address listed...WOW!!! Can you guys be anymore STUPID?!!! I will be reporting you to the BBB. Not sure how far that will get me but at least having an actual reputable company listen to me is better than dealing with you
