Original Comment Well, If I Thought The Customer Service Was A Picnic After 153 Minutes On The Phone - You Should Try Cotacting The Corporate Office - I Have Been Passed To Voice Mail After Voice Mail - You Can't Get A Human - Wonder Why, Couldn't Be Because They Have Too Many Complaints - This Is The Worst I Have Ever Dealt With - This Is How They Get Away With It Or So They Think You Will Get Discouage And Go Away - Well I Will Not - I Will Keep Try Until This Is Resolved - They Will Not Credit The 4,119 Back To Her Phone - This Is Money In Their Pockets - How Could They Treat People Like This! Count Me In On Any Law Suites - I Really Do Not Like The Way I Was Treated At All!!! Do Not - I Repeat - Do Not Purchase From Tracfone!!!!!
