Original Comment very very bad customer service. I was charged for my child's phone minutes they were not added to the phone I was then informed that I could not add minutes with a Montana number and a Texas address. they also informed me that I could not add minutes to his phone. it took two hours on the phone to get the minutes finally added. they re charged my account and told me there was nothing that could be done about the extra charge and to bad. I asked twelve different times to speak to some one in charge and was never transferred.
