Ur service department is non existent and u can not control a subcontractor. We asked for a new tv and come get this one so we can watch tv while u sort out your tech department problems. Your company reps refuse to place me in contact with a supervisor. We want a working tv. Don't care how u make that happen, but it has been way too long without it, and we have waited on technicians that don't show up.
