Original Comment I purchased a Subaru in April 2013 and had to have the catalylic converter replaced which was done approximately February 2014. <br /> <br /> I called Freehold Subaru located in New Jersey to make an appointment and indicated to the sales department that ever since I had the catalylic converter replaced, the nosie coming from the heat shield is deafing. (could be something as simple as a loose screw)<br /> <br /> I asked if Subaru has loaner cars, which they do, but only if you purchased a vehicle from them. Its okay to charge me double the price on a part and/or labor, but its not okay for them to supply a loaner vehicle for 24 hours so I do not miss a day's pay from work even if I did not buy the vehicle from Freehold Subaru. Really?<br /> <br /> Shame, shame on you Subaru!!!!
