I got<br /> surcharges above that amount<br /> and never received membership<br /> cards.<br /> <br /> In March Office Manager Pam<br /> Gladu promised to have the<br /> surcharges refunded and the<br /> membership cards issued. We<br /> believed her. In June called<br /> Pam again, hearing the District<br /> Office in Maine is going to call<br /> you to resolve the problems,<br /> have the surcharges refunded<br /> and the membership cards<br /> issued.<br /> <br /> It is now July 6 months later, no<br /> results. No contact person or<br /> phone number was ever<br /> provided to a District Office.<br /> <br /> We are extremely sad, feeling<br /> we have been definitely taken.<br /> We lost our money and still<br /> have no membership cards<br /> when the need arose.<br /> <br /> Our suggestion, be careful. This<br /> is still unresolved. No one has<br /> accepted responsibility. Was a<br /> good service back then.
