Original Comment Arrived 7/25/14 At Days Inn Newport, Ar. They Could Not Find My Resevation Along With Several Others In Our Group. We Got In Our Room And Found There Was Only One Bath Towel For 2 Of Us. Tried To Call The Front Desk And Phone Wouldn't Work. Learned Later That You Had To Pay Add'l $10 Deposit To Have A Phone.........? Had Key Cark Issues Also.<br /> Asked Front Desk About Phone Contact To Other Rooms Or Desk And She Said, &quot;i Don't Know About That&quot;! Duh, You Work Here! Thermostate Didn't Work Properly On A/c. Either Freeze Or Turn Fan On And Get Hot. Don't Think I'll Stay There Again...............!
