Original Comment My refrigerator,model WRF990 SLAM02, is the most annoying appliance I have ever purchased. I have had it repaired twice and still ice is forming on the inside. I called August. 6 and have heard nothing about another attempt to repair it. I boight this thing in December. I know you are aware of this problem but it would appear that you are incapable of fixing it. I have had several Whirlpool appliances in the past and have never been treated so poorly as this time. I will not be purchasing another. Someone had better figure out a repair or a replacement is in order!
