I had a horrible experience and will now tell anyone who will listen to not trust cheaptickets with their reservations!

I have been a customer of cheaptickets for some time. I have an issue that almost caused us to cancel a trip planed for my Mothers 90th birthday. It is going to cost me 4000 more but I found a solution so we do not have to cancel our trip.

In the meantime I spent no exaggeration 4 hours on the phone with cheap tickets staff who would not connect me to a manager, condescending and one had a lot of difficulty with the English language, He did not understand me at all. I would appreciate a call

With a credit from Cheaptickets.com, I booked roundtrip ticket for my sister and I July 2021 for Porta Vallarta, Mexico for March 15, 2022. When I checked the flight three weeks ago, Cheap Tickets replaced the ticket with a previous trip that was cancelled. It took me several hours on the phone for them to correct this error. They sent me a paper confirmation restoring my original March 15th trip. American Airlines also had the corrected itinerary on their website.
When we arrived at the airport on Tuesday (3/15) and tried to check-in, American Airlines had no record of this itinerary. Cheap tickets processed the ticket but never transferred the information to the airline.
I was on the line with them for two hours at the airport. We missed our flight and several others we could have taken. Each time someone came online, we had to wait about 30-40 minutes for them to return with a response. I even tried to book a flight for Wednesday, March 16th, to no avail. Each time I tried to book another flight, it took CheapTickets too long to confirm the ticket with their Ticketing Department and the flights departed without us. Finally, CheapTickets suggested that I purchase new tickets and then call them to discuss a credit or refund, to which I refused. We did not get to go to Mexico. Cheap Tickets said they would investigate to see if error was caused on their end, and I would get an email indicating if I am getting a credit. Currently waiting for their reponse. This has been the worst travel experience I have ever had in all my years of travel.

Worst company ever. Part of my flight got changed so I called cheaptickets to see what happened and to change it back. The lady I talked to was from India and barley spoke English. Wanted to be transfered to an American and speak to a supervisor, that didn't happen. She told me there was only 1 flight available that she could change it to and it was a late flight. I'm traveling with 3 small kids so I said that wouldn't work. She would put me on hold forever and she would say if you need me just let me know. I tried that and she ignored me. I was on the phone for over an hour trying to get a supervisor and not believing that there was only 1 flight available 3 months from now. She told me they sent an email telling me of the changes. I never got an email, I just happened to get on and check on the covid stuff and make sure everything was still good cause that's how I am. I finally called the actual airline who said oh yeah we have a flight that day that puts you to your destination at around noon. She took the booking over got it changed and fixed just like that.

I would highly recommend that no one buy anything from this company they are crooked their insurance is a fraud when I was speaking to a customer service representative they laughed in my face and barely spoke English

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The customer service is extremely poor the HOLD time. Ticket price online is very different than what the agent conveyed over the phone. Airlines are supposed to honor COVID credit but instead they charge you extra in fees to increase the price of the ticket. The agents are extremely rude.... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS company...

DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS THROUGH THEM. this was by far the worst experience ever. I purchased a ticket and canceled it within minutes only because the airport was incorrect. 3months later I am still getting the run-around from these NON ENGLISH speaking folks. they give you generic answers and tell you, you have to wait 24-48 hrs to speak with a manager. I spoke to a few reps and one tells me "so why did you purchase 3 flights hmm why" first of all that information was incorrect! They give you so much BS and ask so many unnecessary question just to get you to give up! & when you don't they hang up on you!!!!

Do not book through them. They are scammers!!! They say you get credited for pandemic cancellations, but only charge double when you try to book. The reps keep you on the phone for 2 hours with no resolution and keep saying the same thing over and over. After keeping you on the line for long hours, they hang up and do not return your call, causing you to have to call back and explain your situation again. I will not book through cheaptickets, nor will I recommend them.

This is the absolute worse booking company I have ever dealt with. Since the beginning I had to repurchase tickets that I was charged more for, tow of the repurchased tickets have the return flight wrong. Now they want me to pay extra for changing the flight and extra for the price increase of the tickets. What is this??? I'm reporting them to the BBB. This is ridiculous. I am disabled and they are making this very hard on me. I think that they keep doing this to people because they keep getting away with it. I will be on the phone first thing Monday to the Better Business Bureau.

The worst booking company I've ever given my business to. I purchased insurance on my flight and ended up having to cancel only to get a flight credit (in the midst of COVID)and not an actual refund. I tried to use the credit and they attempted to charge me double of what was currently advertised on the website. So not only was I not able to get my money back, but I couldn't even use my credit for what was being advertised and would have had to come out of pocket. A complete scam!

The worst company dont buy from here is not worth terrible customer service ? they ignore you keep you hours in the phone to make you beleave they will resolve you issue to tell you after 2 hours nothing can be done

Terrible customer service experience EVER. Would never book through a third party again. Was on hold for hours and still not able to speak with anyone. It's truly unbelievable how Cheap tickets is still in business. Flight time was changed without proper notification.

Absolutely DISGUSTED at the service I've received. My last hold time was 3 1/2 hours only for the representative to put me on hold AGAIN and never return. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. Will NEVER be using cheaptickets again. Would rather pay more for better service.

Very poor customer service. I was on hold for hours, got disconnected, requested a manager,but the manager was never available. I received an email saying I would be reimbursed in 7-10 business days. I called to inquire about my refund then they told me 8-12 weeks which contradict the email policy staying 7-10 business days. I will NEVER use this company again. I still haven't received my refund. I'm going to report them to the better business bureau...they are absolutely ? taking advantage of customers.

Yes, cannot locate anyone at number listed for corporate office located in Chicago. Tried to get refund for travel. Made several calls only to get disconnected and then received an email informing me in order to get refund, needed my credit card information again. again, and explained email and need for reimbursement. Transferred to several individuals and again was informed that credit card information needed to reimburse. I informed customer care personnel I was not comfortable with giving information and that there should already be a record of card used. Was told that executive manager would get involved and would need credit card number to process refund. I smell scam. I would never recommend this website for any bookings.

I have sent a letter to cheap tickets detailing my experience and the letter was undeliverable to their corporate office in Chicago. I have tried to call the phone number listed on their website and its not available. I am now trying to get a lawyer to sue them so I can get the charges dismissed against my credit card for airline tickets billed thru Jet Blue for a trip I did not take after cancelling it. This has been going on since August 26, 2016

I have tried to get in touch with Cheap Tickets corporate office with no success. My 1st letter went to Honolulu, sent it priority mail. It was returned. I sent another priority to Chicago, it has not been returned, but no response from the so called corporate office. I have attached all my paper work with a complete explanation. I want them to make good on the fact they did not cancel the airline tickets at the same time they canceled our trip to Puerto Rico. Now Jet Blue is charging us for a trip we never took. $1146.00. Can't get a hold of anyone that speaks clear English. they give me the run around. They cannot find my itinerary or the cancellation. How convenient. Capital One my credit card company has tried to help me, but Jet Blue insists we were a no show. Someone has to stop this madness. These people cannot continue running a business in this manner. Stealing our money. No one being held accountable.

As a returning customer to Cheap Tickets, I thought I would be more valued than I am! I feel like the victim of the ole Bait and Switch! As I was waiting for confirmation of our hotel reservations, the flight price increased over $500! Now, Cheap Tickets will not honor the previous price! Good Morning,

I am writing this because I am having serious issues with your company and representatives on the phone. I am a member of Cheaptickets and use your company to book most of my flights. However, I received horrible customer service from multiple service representatives including Ann, 031353, Claudia, MAU and Wayland 326006. Due to the lack of customer service it is likely that I will NEVER use your company again.

My flight to Athens Greece for my honeymoon was changed and confirmed automatically on Jan 20th, 2015 without my consent. I received a confirmation saying that I was automatically rebooked on the new flight leaving six hours (original flight left at 1635, new flight left at 0955) earlier then my original confirmed flight. I called cheap tickets, Jet blue and British Airways. British Airways informed me that they can not refund the ticket because Cheaptickets had already rebooked me on the 0955 flight. I informed them that this was done WITHOUT my consent and they told me that is a fault of the Cheaptickets company and Cheaptickets owes me the refund. I called Cheaptickets on Jan 20 AFTER receiving my confirmation email for the confirmed ticket to try and rebook the ticket to a different time. The agent told me that there were no other flights that fit my timeline and offered me a refund. I told her I needed to talk to my husband and I would call back tomorrow. At NO time did she say, the refund is only valid today. I just want to refund my money since Cheaptickets automatically rebooked me on a flight WITHOUT my consent. I have been on the phone with your agents for multiple hours in the past week and would like to get this solved because these are my honeymoon tickets and I cannot make the 0955 flight. I would like to get a full refund for both passengers because at no time was I consented nor did I request the time change.

Hello cheaptickets team. I had multiple problems trying to buy the tickets to return to Mexico. I tried to buy tickets by cheaptickets and other companies but my plastic was denied. I called my bank and they told me that my account has been depleted without knowing from what source. In the meantime they told me that I was charged 84,000 mexican pesos from china airlines, I realized that the flight from denpasar to mexico that was supposed to be canceled has already been charged. I would like to be Informed the details of this situation because I need the amount back to my account.

I purchased a flight to Atlanta from Ft Lauderdale on Jan 24, 2014 leaving March 28, 2014. The day of the flight I was getting ready to go to the airport, when I attempted to print my conformation I discovered that the flight had been cancelled. I immediately called the airline (Delta) they referred me to cheap tickets. I called cheap tickets and was on hold for over 20 minutes. Finally I got someone from customer service. I advised them of the situation and they transferred me to a supervisor. The supervisor stated that the flight was cancelled on March 14, 2014 at 3 or 4 in the morning. I advised the supervisor that I did not cancel the flight. She stated that she would have to have it investigated and I would be contacted in 7 to 10 business days. A month later after not hearing from anyone at cheap tickets I called customer service again. The gentleman after I explained to him the situation he connected me to a supervisor. This supervisor stated that he saw that it was noted in the system that they needed more time for the investigation. He also stated that the previous supervisor noted that she attempted to contact me. I advised him that NO ONE contacted me either by phone or email. He stated that he was going to make note that I called and requested to be contacted. Today I called again since no one had contacted me, after being on hold for 28 minutes I finally got to customer service. The supervisor this time stated that the investigation stated that I went online and cancelled the flight. This is NOT accurate. I DID NOT CANEL THE FLIGHT. I requested to speak to her supervisor after which she placed me on hold. After several minutes she came back to the phone and advised me to continue to hold. The after several more minutes she came back to the phone and advised that her manger was not available and that they would contact me with 24 to 48 hours. I advised her that I have been advised two previous times that I would be contacted and no one ever did. I honestly feel that cheap tickets just stole my money. I paid for a flight that I did not get to use. I never even received an email stating that the flight had been cancelled and cheap tickets is saying I cancelled it when I did not. They say I have a credit toward a new flight. That is a joke the cost to reschedule the flight leaves me with NO credit at all. I have used cheap tickets several times in the past but I will NEVER use them again. This is an outrage!!!!!!!! And for the record NO ONE has my sign in information for cheap tickets, as a matter of fact NO ONE knows I have an account. Well let me say had an account because I WILL NEVER use cheap tickets again. I'm sure the company does not even care about losing a customer. I do not appreciate being ripped off my money does not come easy. Thanks to cheap tickets I missed an interview (which was just a formality) for a good position and took a loss and missed an opportunity. THANK AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

U guys suck boll!!!! customer service sucks. I purchase a ticket for my mom, and you guys put the wrong spelling on her last name , and you guys won't fix it. Never again will I get tickets from this company ever again. And I'll let be known to everyone that know, not to purchase from you. I hate your company.
