This is the second time that you guys have falsely advertised something on ur website.

1st time - I booked a "thing to do" in cartagena. The company you guys were working with did not exist and i never got my services upon arrival. This was 2 yrs ago.

2nd time - i reserved a hotel in RIO, with the "reserve now, Pay later" and even in the email i received states i will get charged the full amount on arrival. Reservation is in Feb 2024, i got charged today.

Your representative told me 2 days ago i will not get charged.

another representative told me today i got charged and there is nothing they can do about it and to reach out to the hotel if i want to cancel.

This is a Horrible way to do business.

Terrible experience this past week with Travelocity--over 5 total hours on phone with customer service with no resolution, AND they charged our credit card TWICE!

We tried to use airline refund/credit from a cancelled flight in March 2020.
The reservation had to be made by phone with customer service--this took over an hour.
Our credit card was charged the difference between airfare and refund.
Less than two days later we received an email from Travelocity stating the reservation was cancelled.
Spent another two hours on phone re-booking flight and was told we had to pay again by credit card, and that the previous charge was just "pending" and would be reversed.

THE VERY SAME DAY TRAVELOCITY CANCELLED THIS RESERVATION AS WELL!

AND our credit card was charged a second time, the charges went through, and now we have a credit card bill coming up with over $700 of charges for failed reservations. Payments were made to Travelocity--NOT the airline.
PLUS we have over $600 of airline credits that seem impossible to use.

This is unacceptable. No one at customer service had a clue about how to resolve this issue (another two hours). Both times they made the new reservations under the old (March 2020) itinerary number...and that's all they see when trying to look up the current problem.

I have receipt emails from Travelocity for the charges, and I have emails with the cancelled reservations.

THESE CREDIT CARD CHARGES SHOULD HAVE NEVER MADE IT PAST "PENDING."
There is either gross incompetence going on here.....or fraudulent activity.

We are profoundly disappointed, as we have used Travelocity for decades, however, we never had a problem in the past.

Make this right, Travelocity, and do it quickly.

Do not use Travelocity they do not care and hide when you have concerns with their services. They will not help me with overcharges they try to pawn you off on the other company that they do business with not me. I have called customer service they cannot and do not want to help me and I asked for their supervisor or to speak with someone at corporate office they tell you hang up and call back but don't know which option to push to connect with corporate. If you try calling the phone number listed on website no luck either. The website is lies and they do not stand behind the fees that they have listed. They DONT care. I am contacting BBB.

Travelocity is impossible! I booked a hotel to New Orleans for 2020. We had to cancel it because of covid and flights being cancelled etc. I rescheduled for 2021. Unfortunately hurricane Ida had other plans for me and I had to reschedule yet again. I was told multiple times via phone, chat, Twitter DM, etc I would be able to have my full amount to rebook. I never saw that full amount available. I was told today I will only have $33 of my almost $1000 available to use. Nope not acceptable at all. Travelocity will not work with you and make exceptions when it's needed and I am livid! I refuse to lose $900+ due to circumstances beyond my control. This situation I am in is so frustrating. I was also told that they would call the hotel to see if they would allow for a refund and I was told the hotel said no. I find that hard to believe. I asked for that in writing from the hotel and that was not provided so I assume they didn't even call. I refuse to recommend or use Travelocity for anything else EVER again. They are awful.

You all have by far the worst customer service known to man. Stop with the automated customer service and actually start to hire some people so that they can actually answer these phone calls so that us the customers don't have to spend four days and still can't get a hold of anyone and then when you try to put in your traveling tracking number your automated system always says that it does not recognize it. Do better because there are so many other traveling platforms for the consumer choose from that do indeed offer cheaper rates and actually give two cents about their reputation and having good customer service.

We are at the end of our rope. Our story isn't new and trying to get any satisfaction from Travelocity trying to rebook a covid flight with credit is proving impossible. Hours of wait times followed by disconnections, promises of call backs (nope) and worst is trying to overcharge us for flights that are supposed to be "In kind" even according to the airline. I don't know what to do. Have tried going through social media no help
there either,
just connects you with bots.
Ready to file class action lawsuit. I know we are not alone.

Travelocity is TRASH. I GOT SCAMMED BY A HOTEL!!!

I booked an all-inclusive resort in Mexico. It was suppose to be 5 stars. Had great reviews on Travelocity. We showed up and the hotel was DISGUSTING!!! Definitely not 5 stars. It was so bad that we left the next day and went to the Hilton. Travelocity and the Resort REFUSE to refund us for the days we DID NOT STAY!!! They claim we did not cancel in time. How was I suppose to know that the hotel was garbage??? I would never have been able to tell that until I showed up. It was dirty, falling apart, and didnt even have hot water!

I AM LIVID THAT I CANNOT GET MY MONEY BACK!!! THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Don't everrrrr book through them! My family got bit by bed bugs we had to stay in a room with mold the airlines that they booked us through canceled our flights we were told our flight and room we paid over $3000 they would give us a $200 voucher for our next flight the toilets didn't work we didn't have hot water the hotel manager kept putting us a nasty smelling rooms it was disgusting! They treated us like garbage.. and Travelocity said that I have to contact the hotel for a refund Or that they'll give us a $200 voucher If you want to book you should look yourself because let me tell you they don't help you this was the worst trip from h3ll I wanted to go home so bad but the airlines had fired their employees spirit airline to be exact so we had no way home!!! We had to buy new tickets on a different flight which cost us an arm in a leg!! And Travelocity has no answers keeps telling us that they're gonna have somebody contact us in 24 hours nobody contacts us nobody does anything this is bs! Don't book through them if you want to have a good safe fun healthy trip!

I booked a hotel room through Travelocity.com. I got a confirmation from Travelocity the same day. On the day I was to stay at the property, I received an email from Travelocity confirming the hotel. When I arrived at the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Oak Creek, Milwaukee, Wi I was told that the reservation was cancelled. I had paid Travelocity for the room for two nights and had nowhere to stay. When calling Travelocity I had a 45 minute wait to speak to an agent who transferred me to "re-booking" and left me on hold for one hour and then disconnected. I had this happen twice Friday evening(July 23fd) We ended up sleeping in a friend's basement. On Saturday I called Travelocity again and after a 45 minute wait was told "We are very sorry this happened", and was going be transferred to "re-booking" again. This kind of service is applorable. Is this the kind of company Travelocity is? And, if this your norm, then how is it that you are still in business? Back in the day I could have voiced a complaint with the BBB. I feel Travelocity owes me more than an "I'm sorry this happened". I feel angry that Travelocity did not provide the service promised. I spent hours trying to get the problem resolved, which should never have happened.

I'm trying to follow up with you guys about my refund for my cancelled flight on 6/25/2021. I was assured by one of your agents by the name of Joshua verbally and in an email as well that a refund of $1750.45USD going to be sent back to my bank account within 24-48 hours. It's been over 2 weeks now and I still have not received my money! I have been in touch with my bank, who stated there nothing reflecting on my account. I've also attempted to contact you guys via phone and email but to no avail. I have attempted to reach out to you guys on multiple occasions, requesting to speak with a supervisor in attempt to resolve this issue amicably but I keep getting hang up on intentionally by costumer service agents. At this point if I don't get any positive feedback/respond or get my money cal from you guys, then I'll be forced to take other actions. Travelocity will never be used again in my family. I purchased tickets for airlines, hotel and car during the Covid epidemic, I had proof of medical reasons to cancel they would not give me a refund but gave me a credit. I was able to cancel the car and hotel. I had 3 tickets credit for $628.80 and I got the run around from Travelocity in using them for an up coming trip. I chatted and got the run around, called 2 days with dropped calls or stated I had to go to a special department and the call would be dropped. The American Airlines could see the credit but stated due to purchasing them through Travelocity I had to have them credit the account. I tried for 5 days and gave up. I had to purchase tickets through American and I still can not get a hold of Travelocity. I reached out to the credit card company which was American again and they stated the time was back in 2020 with no resolution.

My next step is to call the news to get a feature on why you should not use Travelocity!

The CEO can call me with a resolution because obviously his staff are not trained in resolving their issue.

I booked a hotel room through Travelocity- when I call to get an itinerary or confirmation # - it states there is no booking but it is being taken out of my account. I tried on the phone, the app, the sight. All state no booking under me but it is obviously being taken out of my account. I just want the number. Also - I went to attach a picture of it coming out of my account and everything I typed was erased - just another annoyance after trying to reach someone for over 7 hours. The virtual assistant is not helpful if you don't have a number. I just want the confirmation or itinerary number so I can use the hotel room that I am obviously paying for - and let me add to this. I cannot upload the picture of the $ coming out of my account. Wow!!! This is very irritating

I have been trying to get into contact with a customer service agent for the last 48 hours! My credit card was charged 10 times!!!!!!!!!!! I have called every customer service number available and used the virtual agent feature, I have even gone on Facebook Messenger and still no reply! Horrible, horrible customer service, last time I will ever use this agency. If my issue isn't resolved I will be contacting authorities for fraud and reporting to the state attorney general for higher resolution.

I paid Travelocity for a 4 night stay at Rui Palace Las Americas in Cancun Mexico April 24 thru April 28 and received a confirmation email from Travelocity. When I arrived at the hotel they said they have no record from Travelocity. I provided the confirmation email and talked to multiple agents (3 hour wait for call back each time). The hotel charged me full price $961.12 and Travelocity almost 2 months later they still cannot contact the hotel reservation center to get my refund. I paid Travelocity and was charged again by the hotel.
A lawsuit seems to be my only option to recover the loss since Travelocity connect get a response from the 3rd party reservation center the resorts in Mexico use. It seems like a scam that Travelocity is participating in by doing business with them. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I can't believe what this company has done to people. I attempted to purchase a trip to Minnesota from Florida last night. You rejected my credit card 3 times. I contacted the bank last evening. Nothing was wrong at their end. Said the purchases should have gone through. I finally gave up and today Travelocity has charged me for 4 airline tickets over $2000.!! I don't have an itenery number because you didn't book it. It's not listed in my upcoming trips. I can't reach anyone after repeated attempts. The chat line can't help me. This is absolutely robbery. If I have to fly to your headquarters.. I will. Just refund my money for tickets for a trip you couldn't book. How can the charges be there today when you couldn't complete my trip last night? I will never use this company again.

We purchased tickets for an international trip to Poland. We did not know that they were still closed for entry due to Covid. After we found out we tried calling for support to change the ticket. We left our number for a call back which they called back at 2:30 AM while sleeping. We missed that call. We called back then after being on hold for six hours the person on the call turned out to be a trainee that could not do anything to help. While my wife was trying to explain to him what she wanted to do she accidentally hit purchase. The guy freaked out that he couldn't help anymore and that we had to call within 24 hours to cancel the ticket. On top of that we forfeited $600 dollars which it never asked if we were OK with that. The guy put us on a call back but that would be 72 hours later but the tickets get locked after 24 hours. My wife then tried calling back was told it would be a four hour hold, she waited for an actual seven hours and then was was hung up on. She tried to call back and was told it would be 12 hours on hold. Our original tickets were economy plus so with the accidental purchase there was no choice for that. All we want is for the same thing with our new ticket. Please help

If i would have know Travelocity was going to treat us so badly i would have taken my refund instead of trusting you with my credit. Once i get this straightened out i will never us you again. My girlfriend booked tickets on TAP AirPortugal through Travelocity in Feb.2020 (pre-pandemic). Due to our flights being cancelled indefinately, we have been getting NOTHING BUT CONSTANT RUN AROUND from Travelocity. We have spent COUNTLESS hours on hold with tour Customer Service only to be told that they airline is not allowing Travelocity to reimburse, yet Tap AirPotugal states clearly on their pandemic notes that if you booked tickets through a travel agency, to contact the travel agency. We are contributing to look at every avenue to get a refund, up to and including consulting an attorney. Furthermore, once this issue is resolved, I will NEVER do business and I will recommend to my family and friends NOT TO DO BUSINESS BUSINESS WITH TRAVELOCITY!!
Shame on you for this kind of treatment.

I consistently rent cars from Travelocity. And lately I have been literally left high and dry despite having reservations and then subsequent confirming reservations...

This past few weeks takes the cake. I reserved 3 different rentals for 3 different trips. Each a substantial length of time

Of the 3 only 2 were able to fulfill the reservation and one of them I had to re-rent at 3 other places on the fly to get the type of car promised to me each prior time.

The last one was the worse. I reserved a car at Thrifty for 11:30 pm last night at RSW airport. I arrived on time only to find a sign posted that said 'closed, go see Hertz'. After waiting 45 min at Hertz thinking they had the carry over reservation from Thrifty, they had nothing and no cars avail either. So I take a $200 cab ride home at 2 am

One of the reservations changed their price at FLL from $42/day to $750/day when I arrived. Take it or leave it I was told

So where is all the 'policing' of your partners ???

I am done with Travelocity. I called your 800 number many times for help only to listen to a machine

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Travel Agency

The issue that I have experienced was: I've been on hold for over two hrs I've been trying to cancel for past three days and I can not get a hold of anyone to cancel and get credit. I don't even want my money back. Husband and I were suppose to travel but due to him falling sick with COVID we had to postpone everything

This company is nothing but a rip off. I had a vacation planned last year. My flight was cancelled by the airline due to the COVID pandemic. Instead of these thieves refunding back my money they gave me flight credit. Each time that I tried to use my credit I get the run around from Travelocity. I have been waiting to talk to a so-called agent since last night to book my ticket using my flight credit. Finally today at 3 pm I was told that an agent will not be available for 3 hours. At 6pm I received a phone call. The ill-prepared incompetent staff took my phone number along with my itinerary number and left me on hold for one hour and fifteen minutes. She never came back on the line. Needles to say, the call got disconnected and she never called me back, I called again and was told it was another three hour wait time. Every hour, the ticket price is going up. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM YOU THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!

Travelocity stinks! I booked a vacation for 5 to melia, Punta Cana. I called back in 3 hours to add tow more people to my room. I was charged 1100.00 more (room only, no airfare). About 9 hours later I called back to ask to remove one of the people and to reimburse me for that one person. Now, of course, they can not do that. I need to wait 48 hours to get a confirmation email and if I will get any money back. Well 148 hours have apst and I never got an email nor have I received any refund. I have called several times and to no avail does anyone answer. I called again yesterday and left my number for a call back in 15 minutes. That was at 2:01 EST. I got the call back at 10:44pm EST...when I was already asleep. These bastards are terrible. I will NEVER use them again. I have written all over social media to not use them either. I am making everyone I can aware of the disgrace they are. They just rob you for your money.

Tried to book a room in Philly area. Put in my dates and they were changed to the next weekend. I noticed this had happened after I paid. I rebooked for the correct weekend. Trying to speak to someone about a refund since it wasn't my error. Called and of course everything is automated. High call volumes and automated response was greater than 15 min wait. I opted for a call back. Which I received several hours later. Again automated. Press 1 to speak to someone or 2 to decline. Of course I picked 1. But it would registered and kept asking me to enter 1. So, I was hung up on. I called back and was told by automated operator that someone would join the call in 1-2 minutes. I am still on hold 3 HOURS and 3 minutes later. WORST company EVER!!! What a waste of time and money. The site made the error and I want my money back. This is how I spend my day off. I will spend so much time making sure people know how this business treats people. It's theft. I will not let this go.

Absolutley horrible. Booked a trip to St Augustine. Recieved a email from property owner stating property wasnt available and should not have been book. Monies were taken by Travelocity. Had to spend more money and book another place almost 2 hours away because everything was booked up. Muliptle emails, copies of property owners email sent, calls, hours on hold and failed return calls and still over 6 weeks later no money return or answers. Still awaiting a return call.

Worst of the worst.
I booked 3 tickets through this outfit. Covid came and the countries planned to visit were Italy and Spain (Barcelona) Both countries closed their border. Flights were through Vuellings Airlines. The cancelled fares were charged back to Travelocity to refund passengers. This has been a year and not a single dime.

I have now been on hold for almost 60 minutes! My credit card was charged $1098.58 at booking. The tickets, hotel accommodations and taxes and fees were $972.73. I was also charged $125.85 resort fee, which should've been paid on property. Since I saw it was included in the total charged to my account, I thought that Travelocity prepaid that to the hotel. Instead, I not only paid $125.85 to Travelocity, but again at hotel.

I believed this to be an oversight. A mistake made by some computer glitch maybe. However, I am on the phone with customer service that the computer voice said would only be "1 to 2 minutes" and at this moment, I am sitting here at 59 minutes. Because of this, I am beginning to doubt that this is unintentional.

If this is not resolved, I will never book again with Travelocity and will contact all 100+ family members that I sang your praises to and recant it all. I will also take to social media. I am a disabled veteran and live on a set income, this not not stealing from someone who doesn't notice $125.85. This is not someone who will go away quietly.


I have now been on hold for almost 61 minutes.

much like everyone else, I am extrememly disappointed in the customer service at Travelocity. What happened to you? I need to change a flight, should be so simple! But i cannot reach anyone! I will continue to post on social media that your company is closing and no longer doing business. Hopefully this will alert other travellers not to use you! But I think you are doing a fine job yourself scaring people away! WOW I used to love using your app. Will delete it as soon as I change my flights!

I booked a first class flight international flight for myself and my wife. Travelocity incorrectly spelled my name on my ticket and it has taken me hours to correct this. In fact, it's still not fixed. The time it has taken waiting for customer service has been exhausting!

Somewhere, promoting Ur co. then 1/2 size gnome exact color clothing, hat; shades, sudd. appears nxt 2 him. He says "Nephew! Ur heah!" We have been gong back and forth since Oct 10 2020 for a trip to Switzerland that was cancelled due to Covid, We even purchased the trip insurance! (what a waste of money) May 6 travelocity cancelled our trip, was told they would followup with an airline credit which we never received. Out 10th I reached out to them at 1-855-201-7820 was told we would be receiving a credit. fowwlowed up on Jan 17,2020 spoke to both Air Canada and Travelocity. Air Canada was great they told us that travelocity just needed to fill out a form so we could receive a none expiring credit voucher. followed up again on 2-19-2020 was told that travelocity never filled out or submitted the credit voucher form. called again toady 3-23-2020, the agent ws totally useless. was on hold for 1 hour and spoke to the agent for 20 minutes asked to speak to her supervisor.... she took my number and was told I would receive a phone call in 20 minutes that was 51/2 hours ago!!! This company needs to refund our money!! $3659.24!!!!

I booked a trip to Belize last February before the pandemic. I was inform that I am not entitled to a refund, however; I will review a coupon for my trip. Therefore, I called on February 16, 2021 to inquire about my coupon so I can book my trip for this year. When I spoke with the representative about the dates for my trip she inform me I cannot change the sated once I book the trip. I told her I will call back when I have the correct dates. She inform me to call back when I have my dates for the trip and the price will still be the same. I called on Monday March 15, 2021 trying to book my trip and was inform I had to pay 40.00 more for the flight and 99.00 for the hotel. When I ask why do I have to pay more money I was inform because the price change. I ask for a refund do to the price change and I was told I cannot get a refund because I booked a non-refund trip. So I ask can I speak with a supervisor to assist me with this matter. I explained to the supervisor why I was requesting a refund he was very aggressive asking do I know I booked a non-refund trip. I told him I understand but at this point due to Covid and the price change I would like my money back. He inform me to contact the hotel. I called Hopkins Bay resort in Belize on Tuesday March 16, 2021 and was inform the trip was cancel and they did not receive any funds from Travelocity with an email confirmation to back their statement. Can someone please assist me with getting my refund back I just don't trust this agency at this point.

3/2/21 I recently went through travelocity to book a trip for my family and it stated there was an error with my card, but the funds were taken from my account for American Airlines, yet I did not receive any itinerary or booking information, but the money was taken out. I have been trying to contact someone to see what is going on and to refund me my money as there is no trip booked. I called every number possible and no one is responding and I can't get through. There is fraudralent activity going on here.

Nobody can find my booking other then the airline. I made the booking through you guys how is it that the only company that can see it is the airlines! Travelocity ripped me off io $2000 for a trip to Venice cancelled by Covid in May. They are corrupt and Incompetent. Could not even secure a voucher from the airline for future travel. They think they're keeping my money- but I plan to pursue this with legal again and through confessional inquiries. I booked last December and have been dealing unsatisfactorily with customer service for 8 months.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. As a hospitality major, Travelocity needs to do way better. Earl was not helpful and very rude. Travelocity offered a book now pay later option for a property that does not offer that, and took the money anyway that was not supposed to be paid a WHOLE MONTH early. Then had the gull to issue a receipt for a refund but never disperse the funds.

Travelocity is the worst thing that happened to us. Due to COVID 19 we are unable to travel and they will not issue a credit. This company is a joke! There is no way to contact a live agent. I have a credit from Travelocity. I have been trying for 4 hours to get someone to book me a flight using that credit. All the chat customer service people are stupid. I spoke with 5 agents and no one fixed it. They just talk around amd feed me NS! Never ever will I use this company again!

Room was arbitrarily cancelled by Motel 6...asked Travelocity to deal with the matter...They couldn't/wouldn't get a resolution. You can't just cancel a reservation that has been confirmed...I am looking into attorneys to resolve...and I will go down to Phoenix to file a small claims if I have to. Travelocity has been as worthless as a $3 bill in the situation.

Since Oct 6th have attempted to get a $16 refund fir Travel Insurance. Have spoken and emailed numerous times. Eventually, spoke to a supersivor. "Rusty". She said she could refund but needed my CC info. I explained I made reservation via PayPal so as not to provide CC info since they no longer had my PayPal info. I advised I do not want to provide my CC info as that is why I used Pay Pal when I made Room Reservation and Travel Insurance...and should not have to provide my CC info. She nicely explained she can not refund without such. I reiterated my irritation and such is unexpectable. Travelocity has mishandled this matter from beginning when I called and requested cancellation Oct 6th... and was advised it would be handled. I received notification that the room had been cancelled and $74.19 would be refunded; which I did receive. I thus assumed I was to cancel the Travel Insurance and receive $16.00 refund via the Insurance provider. When I called them they said I must receive it via Travelocity. So, I called Travelocity and was confirmed they would refund such; as such must go thru Travelocity. Well, why was it not done when I spoke with the person who took my cancellation. Regardless, this whole mess is a result of Travelocity mishandling and they should do the right thing.... refund the $16.00 via a check to me. I have had 5 telephone conversations and emails in attempting to resolve this matter. Someone in the hierarchy should authorize such a simple and small amount. The mere potential lose of a customer and other customers thru my sharing my experience is much more in value than writing a check for $16.00. Be customer focused.

I request the appropriate Management whoever has authority to authorize a check be sent to me. It is not that difficult. Be customer focused.

We booked our vacation back in February,and it's in PLAIN WRITING that our tickets were refundable. We took out the insurance too. They are trying to say with this airline (Air Canada) they can only give us a credit because Air Canada stated anybody who cancel after March 19th could only get a credit. I told them I don't care what Air Canada stated (After my purchase), it's on my paperwork that I would get a refund. Do anyone know if there is a class action lawsuit against travelocity and Air Canada?

Apparently everybody is having problems with Travelocity these days my problem is we've been 4 months trying to get our money back where we paid for our vacation and took the insurance and they will not pay us back and they owe me over $2,000 is anybody else having the same issue and if so how about we get together and start a class action lawsuit against Travelocity

I'd have loved to gone and seen my son like I paid almost 2ooo dollars(including cancellation insurance price match etc.) Though since you've cancelled (granted this lovely catastrophic event) now he has deployed to Afghanistan. First time using Travelocity on February 27, 2020. Booked an entire trip for 2ppl; hotel, flights and rental car. Trip was to be taken 04/25-04/30 from LAX to OGG, with a 5 night stay in Maui, HI. Due to the COVID pandemic our flights were canceled by Delta. I requested a cancellation for our hotel and rental car through Travelocity's website. Was only refunded the amount for the hotel and never received refund for flights and rental car. Spent ridiculous amounts of time on hold, transferred and hung up on by Travelocity. Finally was able to get through to someone last month. Was told we had flight credits but if we were going to use them it had to be done by September 30th, 2020, the flights had to be taken from original airline and original airports. When asked about the remaining $312 that was for rental car, agent didn't have an answer. Essentially we're out $912. We won't be able to use our flight credits which is $600. With such a small window of time to use them and Travelocity's absurd requirements, it's impossible for us to take our vacation in 2020. Shame on you Travelocity, shame on you! My husband is a essential healthcare worker, which I provided documentation of and you still refuse to refund us our money.

I would like to thank the representative from the corporate office for her help with my traveling. I'm sorry I didn't get your name but I wanted to let your supervisor know how professional, patience, and helpful you were. I was dealing with agents from Thursday night until Friday morning trying to change the destination of a trip, because the previous destination was locked down with the Corona virus. I kept getting hanged up on no one returned the calls, and now we are in the window of cancelation or paying more money. After getting frustrated I asked for corporate, of course she said she didn't know the number. I said I will look it up, but she did transfer me. I was going to blast Travelocity on social media, but was very pleased with the corporate agent. Thank you again for solving this issue.

Absolutely the worst of the worst. They do not follow there written policy and hire cheap labor that have no possible training to resolve an issue. Wait time is upwards an hour anything you call, and they fail to issue refunds they agree to and refuse to issue refunds period. You are left to deal with hotels and airlines that have not been paid directly and agree with you but direct you back to this horrible company Travelocity. Hope they don't exist in 2021, they should be under by then.

I am having such a terrible experience, first i was on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes to get an agent, once the agent answered he transferred me to another agent and i have to wait another hour. Now i have been with the agent on the phone for over an hour and she placed me on hold 30 minutes ago to check my flight information. I have been waiting for over 30 minutes for the agent to tell me that my flight is confirmed. Now i cannot hang up because i am not sure if there will be an issue. This is horrible customer service, the agent should at least have the decency to come back to the line and let me know that she is working on the issue. Now i am not even sure if she is working on the issues or just forgot about me and left me on the line.

My flight with TAP Portugal was cancelled by the airline. I have twice talked with Travelocity clerks after very long waits and 2 disconnects. Travelocity takes the position that the airline policy forbids them from processing a refund. I have talked to TAP Portugal twice and both agents said the same thing, that in order to get a refund for tickets booked through a travel agent the travel agent must make the request to the airline for the refund. Once they receive the request they will process a full refund.
Travelocity staff are either very poorly trained or are lying. Since both USA and EU airline regulations require full refunds in such a case, Travelocity really needs to get it's act together.

In February I booked a trip through Travelocity from Phoenix to Calgary and back. Because of Covid 19 we could not go. On March 12, 13 and 14 I tried to phone Travelocity. I could not get through until the morning of March 14. After 2.5 hours of being on hold someone finally answered. I explained the problem. The Travelocity person said she would cancel the flight and I would shortly receive an email about my credit. I still have not received an email. The flight was obviously not cancelled as Air Canada sent me an email the day before the flight to confirm our seats on the flight. Since then I have tried to contact Travelocity but there is no way to get through and and the chat room is useless. My bet is that Travelocity has gone bankrupt and is holding our money to pay of their debts. Corporate deceit. I have lost a considerable amount of money. Obviously I won't use Travelocity again but at this point I don't think they care.

This is a rip-off!!! The hotel and the airline cancelled our May 13, 2020 trip. I spoke directly to the Hotel and they said they do not have a problem refunding our money without penatly. I had to wait a month to reach someone with Travelocity. Then I had to speak with 5 agents and 1 manager. Either no one has appropriate training or they flat out don't know what a scam Travelocity is. I asked the Manager Mariah, after waiting for 4 hours to be contacted with her, who has my money??? She first said no one has it, then she said the hotel has it (clearly cluless). But due to Corporate agreement with our Hotel i Cancun they cannot refund me my money. Travelocity only wants to give me a 12-month voucher to use at the hotel. Again, I DID NOT CANCEL MY RESERVATION, they did. And now Trabelocity doesn't want to refund me my money. Travelocity is not taking ownership of being the mediator. Avoid Travelocity at all costs. I will also be contacting Better Business Bureau and then my attorney.

This is a scam or outright theft. We were to travel to Italy at the end of May. We have been on the phone everyday numerous times while also sending multiple emails. We are either on hold or told someone will get back to us. They never call us back or when they do they give us misinformation. The hotel in Italy says they don't have our money it was never released from them and that we should be able to get it from Travelocity. While Travelocity tells us they say it's not refundable per the hotel. Someone's ripping us off. We want our money back. Will never use Travelocity again and am reporting to BBB

Good afternoon!

I booked accommodations for the D2 Summit in Orlando Florida on 03/03/20. As time passed, United Airlines cancelled my flights and the hotel closed. My trip was scheduled for 05/07-05/11. My hotel was refunded $280 but the balance of the flight $879.36 was NOT refunded. As a matter of fact, Travelocity took it upon themselves to issue me a credit, going as far as lying stating "we've tried to reach you. " No email or phone call was attempted on Travelocity's part. As per DOT regulations I am entitled to a refund because the airline cancelled the flight. I have tried countless times to speak with someone but to no avail; the online help is a joke, as it stops responding after I state my issue.



I have already contacted the better business bureau and am now reaching out to corporate. My next step will be to contact an attorney. I would like a refund of my flight tickets in the amount of $879.36.

Looking at all the previous comments, it appears others have actually been able to speak with a human at Travelocity - that is not the case with me. Booked a trip for my son from Reno, NV to Lisbon, Portugal through Travelocity to depart May 9th. Obviously, all the flights were cancelled and Travelocity sent me an email that I had received airline credit. My son was on American, Iberia and British Airways - airline credit with who? And it is going to expire before the date we have rescheduled the trip. And because Travelocity took it upon themself to cancel the resevation, I can not get the booking number for Iberia and therefore cannot rebook through Iberia. Big mess! When I called previously, the recording said I had to wait until 72 hours before the trip to talk to anybody. So I waited, and now all the prompts take you around and around and then hang up on you. Just have to figure out how to get this mess straightened out since $1,370.23 is a little too much money just to say forget about it. Let's see if anyone contacts me.......

Thought that Travelosity had refunded all of my money for a trip that was cancelled due to Covid19. I am writing anyone at the corporate office b/c I found out that I was refunded all but $133.00. The finance company informed me that Travelosity requested funds in the amount of $1961.25 on Jan 21, 2020. On January 22, 2020 Delta Airlines drew down the cost of the airfare (which was refunded to the finance company) leaving a balance of $133.00.

I am now again attempting to get the funds ($133.00) returned to the finance company so that my account can be balanced out. As I fore-stated, I am not working and I am having to care for two elderly parents with active/positive Covid19 virus. This is stressful enough without the back and forth with Travelosity.

This constant chase is really sad. Customers should not be subject to this especially in a time like this. This not the time to take advantage of people who have been loyal customers and referral sources of this company. PLEASE REFUND $133.00 to the finance company.

Qahir from the corporate office resolved my issue and gave me verification in writing.I enjoy the product Travelosity offers and I use it alot. This was the very first time I had an issue. I have been getting the runaround about returning the airfare portion of a trip that was cancelled due to COVID19. The airline reported that Travelosity had not released funds to them so they could not give me a refund. When I called Travelosity for the 5th time I continued to get the lies that they did not have the funds and that Delta would have to issue me a credit. I use this service frequently but the quality and customer care has gone to crap. They take your money and lie. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was placed on 2 30 minute holds and was told the Corporate office is on the west coast but i looked it up while I was waiting on hold to find it is in Texas.
Please return my funds. I did not cancel this trip for no other reason than COVID19 shut down everything; including my job. Both my elderly parents are Covid19 positive and I am their caregiver. I really don't have time to chase down a resolution to a problem that is so simple to resolve. Travelosity I do not have the money to lose please do the right thing and refund my money.

Furious that Travelocity isn't taking calls for people whose flights aren't in the next 72 hours and it won't let me make changes online! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Funny how all the airlines I've called regarding flights I have booked for June had zero wait times!
My sons college graduation changed from June to October! I don't want to wait until June to make my flight changes!

I am never using Travelocity again. My trip is 5 1/2 months away and I get an email that the airlines cancelled my flight. It seemed funny so I called them to follow up and they said they did no such thing and the flight I was scheduled on is still set to fly out, but TRAVELOCITY cancelled my flight.... without asking me. I cannot get refunds from hotels/tours that far out because their COVID-19 policies don't extend 6 months. I cannot talk to anyone at Travelocity because it automatically hangs up on you if your reservation is not within 72 hours. All I want is a refund. I am set to be out $2k because of this. Treat your customers better and contact me and refund me my money before I have to get a lawyer involved.

Over 24 hours collectively on hold for the last 3 days. Each time I do get a hold of someone I get the run around. My airline canceled their flights and the airline said that I am entitled to a refund but that I have to go through Travelocity. Not what travelocity was saying at first but they started to change their tone when I mentioned what the airline said. Still no solution or update from travelocity. Currently waiting on hold for the 3rd time today (6hrs/4hrs/and almost 4 again). Technical issues each time I get through. No way to email or a direct number even though I already got through and started the support process 3 days ago. Each time I have to wait in que and start with a new agent. Contacting lawyer if issue acceptable solution isn't figured out and relayed soon.

I too have been trying to get a refund for a trip to San Francisco scheduled from March 17th -21st. I have been able to contact Delta and the hotel directly multiple times but not Tavelocity. Today, in yet another attempt. I spent 3 hours and 40min on hold before the phone went silent. That was my second call of the day. the first one dropped after 45 min. And the fact that when I do get through it is always someone with a heavy accent who is oceans away and doesn't hesitate to click end call because they don't care is SO frustrating.
IT IS TIME FOR A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! For our refunds, plus the interest that Travelocity is accruing while it conveniently can't seem to function. I know for a fact that the hotel I was with has refunded my money, I just have to get it through travelocity.

I too have tried to get thru to your customer service the past two days. Endless hours on the phone in the que only to be disconnected after an hour or so. Once I made it an hour and ten minutes before being disconnected. I purchased a vacation package to Aruba back in November. As you may know, effective 3/25 Aruba closed all international flights from being accepted into the country. I am expecting a refund if I ever get thru. I too will be contacting the attorney generals office the end of this week if I don't hear back from you or can't get thru.

After countless attempts over the past 48 hours and nearly 28 hours of being on hold or waiting only to be disconnected, I am contacting you with frustrated uncertainty.

I am looking for options to cancel a trip booked on Travelocity. There seems to be an incredible failure on the part of the Expedia Group to offer support, customer service or provide solutions. In my case, I have paid an additional amount for the "travel protection vacation waiver" which as been useless as I am unable to reach your company using any of the methods offered.

I understand that these are unprecedented circumstances related to COVID-19. However, the extreme lack of accountability from Travelocity and the entire Expedia Group is disheartening, to say the least.

My expectation is that in light of the world wide health crisis, customers such as myself, should be able to access the tools needed to safeguard their travel investments with your company. The total disregard for the customer is unacceptable and warrants further legal action as well as media coverage of the inadequacy of the Expedia Group. This will be the next step in my attempt to reconcile this vast failure.

I bought two tickets via Air France through Travelocity. I also upgraded because Air France gives better protection on premium.

I purchased your so-called flight insurance. I am visually impaired. I have been on hold all last week, this weekend, and ALMOST got a real person but once they realized I was trying to see if you would change my tickets because of the current emergency. I find your insurance policy maddeningly unclear. I am willing to pay to speak to a real person.

None of your choices on your phone answers. Not a single one.

I was on the chat bot site until 3 am.

Now the president of Hungary said I can't fly in. For awhile. Will I receive a refund? How do I get corporate to streamline this so the Air France refund happens and gets back to me so I can rebook.

Okay, I understand the covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a great deal of travel plans being canceled. However, we a trip to MX scheduled in a week and a half. I have MS, and my husband has heart issues. I have been advised by a doctor that traveling internationally around lots of people in airports, esp in the international airport is not advisable. I foolishly booked a non-refundable all inclusive room at the resort, but I did talk to them and was told I can reschedule it for another date but it needs to be done through Travelocity. The problem is I am only given the option to cancel and that will lose my reservation number which means I will be charged for the entire stay. They resort says contact Travelocity. I found other dates through the airlines, which will cost a considerable amount more for other dates. Not sure if it's peak time or demand due to people forced to rescheduling. My dilemma is if I directly contact the airlines and resort and reschedule through them, then cancel my trip and flight through Travelocity will Travelocity still just take my money resulting in me paying twice for this trip? I wouldn't know since I cannot get through and the live chat refuses to chat with me unless I want to book a trip! I am so angry at the way they are handling this! Yes, we purchased the travel insurance and that is a waste regarding this situation too. Travelocity, I will never use you services again, and I have been a loyal customer. I will let anyone and everyone know how poorly your customer service has been by just turning your phones off at this time and telling your customers to figure it out. The links you send to "reschedule for another date" only give us the option to cancel which means we will eat the costs of the trip.

I feel your pain. Now they have this message that their system is down. The "chat line" is a complete joke. Unless you talk to a person you have no real idea how much money they plan to extort from you when canceling (multiple trips in my case) until you get a live person. They hang up on you, spin you round and round. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have used travelocity for well over 12 years but you can guarantee that once I get these tickets cancelled they will never hear from me or anyone I know again. This is a pathetic way to show support for customers in a time when the circumstances are out of our hands. Further to that, my son has a child in his grade who has just tested positive for COVID-19. Do you really want me to get on a plane with you until the county clears everyone in the school district? I bought cancellation insurance. Been trying to get travelocity to get a change my flight due to the Corona virus but they put me on hold for 45 minutes and then changed up. I experienced this 5 times and when I called again attempting to book a new reservation, someone immediately picked up in 2 minutes. This is very frustrating and sad to be treated in this manner.

Due to the wide spread of coronavirus we decided not to risk our lives traveling to North California where the outbreak occurred. The amount is $1,500.00. We have been trying to get our hotel refund for a week now and we are still unable to get our money back. For a week I called Travelocity everyday and each time is 3 hrs long. there is no progress made what so ever and each time we call their excuse is they have to call the hotel get refund approval. I call the hotel myself and the manager said the hotel has already approved the refund and Travelocity got the money and they just do not want let go.
We are still fighting and not giving up.

I purchased plane tickets and rented a minivan through Travelocity for NYC from Feb 19 through 23,2020. After speaking to a Thrifty rep about our rental 2/19/2020 at JFK and declining the insurance Travelocity offered. Our insurance company told us that they would cover the rental; which we relayed to Thrifty's rep. The rep ignored us and encouraged us to get an upgraded vehicle. Now, Travelocity billed us for insurance we did not need and Thrifty sent us an additional bill which was our upgrade cost was $307.53.

We paid Travelocity $540.74 for the vehicle with insurance. I declined the insurance through Thrifty and it was not relayed to Travelocity, neither were we told to contact Travelocity. After calling Thrifty this morning, I was told that our rental was $360.84 before the upgrade. With the upgrade, our total for the use of the vehicle was now $668.37. Travelocity is refusing to refund our $127.61.

The additional upgrade Thrifty charged $307.53 with the total from Travelocity puts our total to $848.27 for a vehicle for 4 days.????
I called Travelocity twice this morning and was put on hold for over 90 minutes each time leaving me on hold. Your employees have refused to allow me to speak with anyone in management, your headquarter's address or anyone in charge. As a matter of fact, one of your staff began yelling at me for asking to speak with someone in management.

I made a reservation for a rental car today. Put all the information into the site. When I printed up the confirmation, the pick-up time and drop-off time were incorrect! I called your customer service for help in getting the times corrected. I was on the phone for almost 2 hours and did not get the problem resolved. The agent(s) offered to charge my card and then issue a credit. They said I could pay full price at the time of pick up and they would issue me a refund once I sent in the copy of my receipt. I think this was a switch and bait! One price was offered but the time were switched to cause the price to go up! Very poor customer service!

Travelocity left me stranded in Africa (for all they knew) on a fully booked and paid for round trip ticket. To make a long story short, while I was on safari in Africa the airline slightly changed the departure time on one scheduled flight on a 3-legged flight home. The change was inconsequential, roughly a 4 hour layover changed to 3 hours. They should have easily been able to handle this, but the end result was that I was dropped from the airline reservation system. Fortunately, I was able to make a call to Ethiopian Airlines from deep in the bush and get myself rebooked. Apparently, this was too difficult for Travelocity to handle

I have been defrauded by Travelocity of more than $2000.00US. I will direct my attorney to recover my losses from Travelocity as soon as I return home.
I am confident that no-one reads these messages or if they do they only laugh.
My attorney will be in touch and the owners of Travelocity will not laugh about that.

Since 12/08/16 it has been a complete nightmare dealing with Travelocity. There was an issue from the very first day with the site changing the original flight I had booked the first point of contact sales reps were able to assist and fix the small issues. Well when I noticed my departure date was listed incorrect I called and was told by a rep that there was no issues and she contacted the airlines and reserved my seat and I did not need a new itinerary number and the flight number remained the same. After a full day of travel and drive to my final destination I trusted what the rep advised me of. Well when I went to catch my flight I was told my seat was reserved but never ticketed and I would have to call Travelocity because the airlines were completely booked for the day. I spent a total of 10 hrs at the airport freaking out with no way home stuck in our nations capital. After being disconnected and called back several times the issue I thought had been resolved at 7 pm EST on December 17, 2016. I thought this nightmare was over on Sunday Dec 18th when I arrived home. Monday Dec 19th I went to use my debit card only to find out my card was declined because Travelocity force charged 552.60 to my acct causing it to overdraw. I spent the next 5 hrs of my evening on the phone with Travelocity I was able to speak a supervisor who was speaking with a corporate rep named Daniel who promised to call me back due to phone system error Daniel called left me a VM with no call back # no reference # and no resolution. I had to call back and speak again with Rosie in Corporate who was EXTREMELY RUDE. She stated she would only credit me back what was force charged to my account and OD fees. I requested a FULL REFUND after what I had experienced. I was not asking for any additional fees I accumulated due this error made on behalf of Travelocity. I don't feel justified in any of this and will never do business with Travelocity ever again. I as a consumer would never volunteer to spend my hard earned money on this type of customer service or experience. I am hoping someone from corporate will reach out and make this wrong right.

Waited on hold for 6 hours waiting for a Manager to resolve my issue. Made a reservation for August 26, confirmation came back as September 26. I immediately called and was told that my reservation had in fact been made for August 26 and I had nothing to worry about. One week later I get another confirmation for September 26!!! I have spent all day waiting for a Manager to help me, they NEVER pick up the phone...6 hours on hold, are you kidding me???!!! I will never use Travelocity again and I suggest no one else does either!
Tell the World that Travelocity has become even greedier that the average Company !

Stunningly horrible customer service. This cannot be an accident, it must be part of a corporate strategy to extract money from customers, not care about delivering what they thought they were purchasing and then refusing to help or be accountable for errors. Their goal from the customer service side is to get you to hang up. They then consider the case closed. $8000 trip to Bali cancelled on day of departure due to their error. Unable to find a workable solution after 16 hours of customer service chaos.

your customer service SUCKS!!! I'm a Deaf consumer and I use the IP relay service. Both the operator and I spent hours for nearly a week, trying to get through with like 7 to 10 different numbers to travelocity and none of them works, has a fast busy signal or no answer at all!! I'm never using Travelocity again!!

I have had a nightmare since 10/21 when I booked a hotel and rental car and never got a confirmation and called on 10/25 to be told they only have a "hold" not a confirmed reservation. Told them my bank shows the charge went thru and out of my account. They told me to redo the reservation so I did only to be told at the rental place I had 2 paid vehicles. After explaining to them what happened they said to dispute with Travelocity. The hotel said the same thing about 2 hotels booked. That is when this nightmare began. Numerous phone calls; put on hold, disconnected assured no charge other than the final one was done by them. Called Corporate office spoke to Melissa who was nice but had to turn me over to Jennifer Shaw left 2 messages for her and she NEVER called me back had someone else call to tell me that they have escalated my complaint to Tier3 whatever that means! Today almost 2 months later they call my boyfriend to tell him that I booked 2 reservations and that its my problem and no refund will be given! I did dispute with my bank but they said they don't have chargeback rights with Travelocity! SO......I just called and left another message but this time with the CEO Roshan Mendis. Let's see if he cares about his customers and what is going on with his company. Btw...I have been a longtime customer of travelocity and never had a problem before now.

Same as everyone else. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE is an EXTREME understatement. They lied to us about the type of room we were signing up for, and misspelled our last name AND email so we never received confirmation #. We booked a week vacation through them in Myrtle Beach, SC only to find room was nowhere near description. Forced to walk around and get another hotel for that week and still charged $622 for a hotel we didn't stay in!!!!!!!!!!! Will not refund us the money because they say they have no record of our trip even though charge shows up on credit card! Very fraudulent company!

WHAT A JOKE... I fly out of Ohio and have a complete itinerary then they change it 4 times, TWICE they change it and have me stopping in Atlanta. Keep telling them I live in Ohio and that is where the flight originates and I am OK with flights changing etc but you have to get me back to where I started and my car is at. Called numerous times and hold for a total of over 6 hours and disconnected 6 times on the transfer to a Supervisor. I leave a message for a Supervisor to call me back as I have better things to do then be on hold for an hour at a time. Supervisor never calls back.
I cannot get a copy of my NEW itinerary as everytime they say they are sending me one I get the old one which does not reflect the changes, so I am worried I am going to be in Mexico City and not have roof which flight I am suppose to get on.
Service SUCKS, first line customer service cannot do anything, Supervisors do not care and Corporate does not return any messages... I will NEVER use them again

Travelocity is scamming us out of our plane tickets. We don't know where to turn for help .we have been on the phone for three days trying to speak to someone.who speaks English jet blue needs information from them and they refuse to acomadate. We have till August 23rd to book our trip .which we did for sept but they say that. We need to leave on august 23rd .they have our money and won't help us .

I would like to start off by saying BUYER BEWARE this company. We have used Travelocity with no problems 2 years in a row. This year we figured everything would be like it has been. We went to book our trip on the Canadian website (Travelocity.ca). They were advertising a promo code that wouldn't work. So we called the number listed on the Canadian website. He said "I will transfer you to a travel agent to help you." The guy came on, booked our trip for us, everything was great. 48 hours later our statement came in and they had booked us in USD, instead of Canadian. At the exchange rate right now, that lost us $400. We thought "Oh no problem, I'm sure it was just a mixup." so we called. And called, and called. 1 week straight so far, a million promises, and even them admitting they have been having issues with their Canadian customers getting billed in USD. They told us if we could get a conference call with our bank they would be able to fix the problem, we did. We got our bank on a conference call and guess what? Travelocity HUNG UP.
We would have been satisfied with a credit of the difference for our next trip, that would have ensured that we would be coming back to use their service again. But the "customer service" agents are so appalling, even going as far as to call us liars, and get mad at us for their mistake (Which they have admitted to! But refuse to do anything to rectify.) Promises from them for many, many, many call backs, and we have not received one. They have even gone as far as to hang up when we use our home phone number (which our trip is linked to.) The only way to get a hold of them is with our cell phones. (Some one ALWAYS answers when we use a phone not linked to the trip!) Run around and around like a merry-go-round with this company. This is an open letter to the CEO of this company who we once loved. If you want your customers treated like the scum on the bottom of your shoe, spoken to like we are less then worthy of your time, and to never use this service again, then bravo. You have accomplished just that. Now my husband and myself are worried. We were/are planning a wonderful trip of a lifetime taking our two children to Disneyland. Now all that comes with this service is stress. Are our holidays going to be cancelled without us knowing? If we get stuck somewhere and need help who can we call? All things that no one should EVER have to worry about when booking through a "travel agent." So I say again, Buyer beware, if something goes wrong with your trip, Travelocity and it's service agents are unwilling to help.

This is the first time i am having a horrific time using travelocity. i have been using them since the inception of the company and nothing works. My online acct i cannot not log in even after having it rest by three different customer service reps that are all in inda and hard to understand. then during my trip, i need to extend my hotel reservation by on day and so far, two hrs into the process, being hung up on three times, one lost call and nothing got accomplished, i am ready to never use this company again!
No US customer service department,and no trained people to help, awful.

Awful travel site. They cancelled my reservations without informing me though I was already sent a confirmation. Customer service is extremely poor. I would use any other site, even if it is more expensive, to avoid dealing with Travelocity.

Clearly, Travelocity is fraudulent. I have summations of 15 phone calls made in the last 6 days since promised a refund because of a mistake on their part in booking the wrong hotel for me. They gave me false information and names. I have since reported them to the FBI as a scam and contacted 22,000 educators to which I have access to NOT EVER USE THEM for any service. I have also contacted MSNBC, CBS and NBC for media purposes to warn others.

I tried to book flights through Travelocity's web site but I couldn't because it wouldn't accept my credit card info. So I called for help and was told they were having "technical difficulties" but he could do it for me. He booked the flights but when I printed out the information on my printer, he had my husband's middle name as the last name. So I called back (the hold wait is about 7 to 10 minutes) The second agent apologized and said he would refund the money and I could re-book the flights online. I had already spent hours trying to book online that morning so I refused and told him to re-book them immediately. He did get me new tickets with a new confirmation #. I refused the insurance when asked. The next morning, there were THREE identical charges for the tickets on the credit card and a re-booking fee with charges for insurance. I called back (more hold time) and the agent apologized and said the extra charges for tickets would come off the credit card in 24 to 48 hours. When asking about the booking fee and insurance, she put me on hold for 15 minutes while she "checked on it." I finally hung up and called back and got another agent. He explained that the booking fee and insurance could be taken off the credit card but he had to ask his supervisor. I finally got it straightened out with Four agents, a half hour of total hold time, two days of frustration all for a simple trip to Florida. Two of the four agents spoke English enough that I could understand them clearly.

I noticed on my Discover Card that MVQ SavingsACE 9282702497291774 MVQSavings have been showing up on my bill. When I called them, the manager said I was signed up through Travelocity and I received an email on it. I do not remember signing up for this quote savings, and according to the manager this has been on my bill since December. I did, however, book a Vega trip during this time. The MVQ manager said there was nothing he could do for me. What can you do since you have no signature on me signing up?

Be aware when using Travelocity to purchase airline tickets. The lowest price guarantee is very misleading. When you go to call the customer service phone number, all calls are outsourced to INDIA. The connection is quite poor and the accent of the Indians make communication extremely difficult if not impossible. In frustration, you just give up! I will NEVER use their services again!!!
