Original Comment Warning, Warning, I purchased a Lexmark Ink Jet Printer, a Prevail Pro 705 at Office Depot. It came with a software package that read business cards. This was one of the reasons for purchasing this printer. I my dismay, when I went to use the software, it directed me to a web page that said: Sorry for the inconvenience, this download is no longer available. I feel I purchased the software when I had purchased the printer. I had no idea the software was a promotion and only available for a limited time period. This was the explanation from a corporate person taking phone calls. They could have said that and I would have moved right away after purchase. So, FYI to all persons on the web: Lexmark seems to be the type of Corporation that will take your money and not customer service you. Beware !
