Original Comment Will never use payless rentals ever again, pushy people and confusing billing. Was over charged on my rental and now I cant get my refund or my deposit back. I have called everyday and get told that my refund was processed and when I call my bank they inform me that nothing is pending. Already made another reservation with a different car rental company on my next trip.
