Original Comment This place is a joke. Can't get through to anyone. My son bought me a computer on Sept 5th and it doesn't work. They want me to pay a fee to fix it. WTF. Never heard of such bs in my life. What is this world coming to. Customer Service at Best Buy is also a joke. I am ready to ruin them too. <br /> You purchase a new product, then they tell you need to pay for a repair. I am disgusted and sick of this crap.<br /> I am going to complain to the better business bureau. Toshiba doesn't stand by their products. All they want is to rip you off. Best Buy sucks too.
