This is hands down the most unprofessional car rental agency in the business. As a Travel Agent I have warned all of my clients to avoid PAYLESS at every single location worldwide at all costs. I have advised clients that they should take taxis over renting from Payless or expect hidden fees and charges they will have to fight for years.<br /> Payless deliberately makes it difficult to contact them in the hopes that customers (victims) will give up and then Payless will get away with unjustified and bogus rental charges. I will be reporting them to all state and federal agencies for investigation and you should do the same. This company needs to be shut down!
