I filed an insurance claim on March 3rd for an iPhone 5s. I received an iPhone 5. When I called to have a new replacement sent the associate told me to speak with AT&amp;T tech support to figure out how to work my phone and that they sent me the correct phone. After a back and forth they agreed to send me a new phone. Again they sent me the iPhone 5. This happened once more.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I now have three iPhone 5s and they said they won't send me the correct phone until I send them back the three phones they sent me. I am using the first one they sent me since my original is unusable and I would now have to be without a phone for 5-7 days because of their error. I don't understand how they are so reluctant to be helpful in resolving an issue when they were at fault. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Had I known Asurion was going to do business like this I would have never purchased insurance.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Rochelle Harder
