Original Comment Absolutely DISGUSTED at the service I've received. My last hold time was 3 1/2 hours only for the representative to put me on hold AGAIN and never return. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. Will NEVER be using cheaptickets again. Would rather pay more for better service.
