Original Comment why can i not get any cooperation in returning a defective item i have already sent back once and had the broken item returned back to me with no explanation. i requested a new item or a refund at the time. at this time i now want a refund on the item and i can not get a return label sent to me. this has been the worst customer service i have ever had in my life. all i get are excuses.
