Original Comment I bought a house this summer that had a brand new (still in the factory packaging) stove. The oven has never worked properly. It will not stay at the set temperature and starts cooling off before cooking is done. I have had the service man out here twice. He was extremely rude and did absolutely nothing. The last time he was here he said he had no idea how to fix it.I have called them repeatedly and all they can recommend is to send the same service repair man back out here again. Worst customer service ever. I need a new stove, and they assured me that if I had the repair man out here twice, then I could have a new one. Now no one will respond to my calls or emails.
