Made a reservation weeks ago for our trip to Orlando, Florida from the 14th through the 21st. Arrived at the airport Sunday only to find the Payless counter completely vacated. Now sitting at a hotel for the next week with no vehicle as everyone is sold out due to spring break. I have never experienced anything close to this unprofessional .<br /> <br /> Robert Schele
