Original Comment The worst booking company I've ever given my business to. I purchased insurance on my flight and ended up having to cancel only to get a flight credit (in the midst of COVID)and not an actual refund. I tried to use the credit and they attempted to charge me double of what was currently advertised on the website. So not only was I not able to get my money back, but I couldn't even use my credit for what was being advertised and would have had to come out of pocket. A complete scam!
