Original Comment My husband passed away two months ago leaving behind an a point he opened for our son. Although I provided the proper documentation of the death certificate and a copy of my husband's will...I am unable to become the guardian on my child's account...it took a two month go around for the bbva bank in Broaddus Texas to tell me that there is nothing they can do.
