I would like to take the time to talk about the Franchise in Lansing, IL. My experience there was unpleasant, restaurant not clean, some staff members unprofessional sitting around talking and on cell phones. My waitresses was unfriendly, took her time to get our drinks and salads, gave me the wrong change then had an attitude. I will never go back there again! Alexandra Wallace, Mgr listed on the door needs to do a much better job with the lobby and staff! Food was good the only perk about the restaurant. I spent $50 including tip that wasn't deserved. If I could get my money back and visit another Chili's I would! Thanks for reading

I ordered the 3 for me. My burger entree was super dry and burnt.
I called customer service and waited over 15 minutes for a manager to come to the phone. I eventually had to hang up, she never came to the phone. I am 8 months pregnant with twins and was really looking forward to a great dinner. I am soo disappointed that my food was terrible!

Chili's in Pine Bluff, AR has very good waitresses and waiters. But, you manager? Still needs a lot of etiquette, communication, classes as well as show customers respect!

Today April 5th me and two of my friends visited Chili's in Manhattan Beach on Sepulveda Boulevard I believe the store number is 882 I could be wrong but there's a GM that works there named April I had no idea she was a GM she is super fantastic there's no reason why she shouldn't be an area GM in the area training and teaching others how to handle hospitality everybody in that store was kind and nice and just so happened two of my friends a man and a lady their mother passed away a year ago and we were celebrating that anniversary there because we said in the booth that their mother used to like to sit in she would have been 91 this year I hope you understand how nice it was to have nice people serve you food that you like Chili's was their mother's number one place to go and April and Courtney and the team and they actually worked as a team I've been in restaurant business Food business for over 51 years I've been an executive chef retired now but to see that movement and how everybody worked in concert super fantastic

Chilis. Memphis International airport.... Service rated 2. Chaos , dirty, left hand and right hand have no idea what's going on. Rude employees .. several Board of Health issues. Finally after waiting 40 min for drinks. No bartender .. what kind of food service/ customer service is this ... we have been to many Chilis. This one doesn't not have the same mission statement as all the rest. Clean your kitchen

Chilli's Grill & Bar Plant City #1034 has stolen my money. I dinned and was charged for a complete extra dinner. When I brought this to the manager who would only identify herself as Felicia rather then fix the situation she charged me again. She than said there was nothing you can do and offered me two $5.00 gift cards. I am out 160.00 for a meal for two that was just not that great. Glad we picked this place to celebrate our milestone.

I believe it has to be training The waiter was real slow and is not sure about what she is doing She is trying but has not had any training Even after paying for beers we had to ask for them her response is that they are making them now that is when I knew for sure there was a disconnect I explained to her that there was nothing to make that it was a bottle I few minutes later I saw her go to the end of the bar and looked surprised 2 beers was sitting there I guess nobody told her they were there or she did not know where to look but still I think she did not know what to do , training not very good if any at all The customer service was so poor It was a difficult and sad situation I typically do not complain but this was a lot please refund my money and I will stay out of your restaurant clearly you do not want good customers like me in your restaurant Most importantly give your staff the training they need I spent $58.00 in the chili's in the Memphis international airport fora bad experience thanks, looking to hearing from you Valerie

Chilis in Ellenton fl you need to do better tried to charge me for a steak I didn't eat because there was a hair on my plate then I also got a hair in my drink from the bar the re cooked steak didn't come out till after my spouse already ate even though i told the waitress to never mind I don't want the steak so they proceeded to bring it in a to go box after we finished our bar drinks that took a while to get kitchen has their times wrong was way longer than 7 minutes manager needs a different job she doesn't know how to talk to people and this is coming from someone who actually never complains so for me to say something it was not a pleasant experience also my drinks took forever to make them they were out of house gin asked me if I wouldn't mind beefeaters fine took again forever to get my drinks ok I paid for beefeater price still wasn't my problem they didn't have house gin but apparently they thought I should still pay full price for their mistakes we have given them numerous chances over the years and this topped it we won't ever be back to another chilis again

As with my job, I will start with a positive-our server, Samia, was very attentive and friendly. However, when scooped the broccoli with my fork and put it in my mouth, I never expected to chomp down and hear a sound as if my tooth cracked. Frightened, I spit it out in my hand, only to see, a small, sharp, hard, broken piece of white plastic. It really hurt my tooth and I immediately showed it to the server. She apologized and sent the manager over.

The manager explained that the plastic is from the container that the broccoli comes in, and the "guy' probably cut it and didn't realize it.... As if this is a normal occurrence. Her insensitive demeanor/tone is what added insult to injury in this unfortunate incident. Mistakes happen. But the extreme lack of awareness that I said it hurt when I bit down on it, and it's still hurting as I type this email, is most disheartening. She asked me what other side could she get for me while looking at me like so what, get over it and don't dare expect this meal to come off your tab or for anything to be offered for free. We immediately packed up the rest of our food, paid the tab, and left.

Thank goodness I have a good set of teeth and dental care is important to me BUT the side of my mouth that this happened on HURTS. I like Chilis and usually frequent the Coral Springs location, not this one. This manager needs a refresher on customer service as well as empathy when a paying customer has stated a complaint that is admittedly the fault of the establishment.

After eating at this chilis for over 20 years, I will not be returning back. Today, the server Josh provided the worst service ever, and the manager wasn't much help either. In fact, I'm surprised he is even a server. When I arrived with my special needs daughter and sat down, I asked him about the 2 different quesadilla meals and confirmed that the one I ordered had fries. My daughter is obsessed with fries, so that's always a must. I would never come.there and not order fries for her. Well, when the meal came, it did not have fries. I asked the young lady Andrea who brought the food to get my server, and she stated the meal did not come with fries. This meal was more money, and the reason I got it was because he agreed it came with fries. I told him it didn't come with fries, and he said I never asked for any. I told him yes I did, and he proceeded to start raising his voice yelling, saying I never asked. The other young lady Andrea( only good employee) even told him to walk away. I asked him also to leave my table, and he stood there over me, yelling still while my daughter sat there. The other waitress apologized for him and said she would take the table. At this point, still no manager. I was so upset I just wasn't hungry anymore. The manager Irene was no where to be found, this entire time.she came over finally when he billed me totally wrong. The server charged me incorrectly, and she still was just there and said sorry, like she could careless. I paid my bill and left. I even asked for her card and his name and again, she provided her card, but not his info. Apparently her or him were listening. I will never return and can't believe the service my daughter & i recieved. My family and daughters father also go there all the time and now none of us will be returning. The lack of professionalism and immaturity was outrageous, and I never in my life had been subjected to this type of treatment.

I am a frequent customer of Chilli's and was very disappointed and upset with my experience at the Brandon, FL location. My husband and I took our Aunt and Daughter there to celebrate their birthday and started out with the southwest egg rolls as an appetizer, my daughter's had a long string of hair on hers with was very disgusting and Unsanitary. Once our entrees came out my husband's broccoli and street corn was cold which he did not eat. At this point we were ready to go and I asked for a togo box and and to my surprise these people had prepared my food on a flity plate!! I then asked to speak with the Manager and showed her the plate and explained to her How unacceptable,disgusting,and disappointed I was with our whole entire experience. The Manager and waiter both apologized but, this really has put a bad taste in my mouth at this point. After already having to wait an hour and a half for our food, only for us not being to enjoy ourselves and celebrate our love ones instead our night ended up being a total disaster!!! I was at the Chili's in Las Vegas. I love to gamble and I came here and splurged on a dinner with my hubby. The guy was super nice and I was commenting on how the traffic was heavy out side and he said its because the president was in town. I commented I hope the real president DJ Trump. My husband was with me and we talk politics often. Me and my hubby laughed but the waiter did not. I was thinking to my self oops we are not in Texas and should keep our jokes to ourselves. Well we ordered Fajitas and they came and I made my husband one then I made me one. By the time I made myself one he had already ate his. I took one bite and bit into a huge cockroach! I was so traumatized and grossed out that I did not think of how the waiter probably put the big uncooked roach in my food because of what I said!! I will not be eating there ever again, I am so grossed out and sad that people act like that. I dont intend to let it drop. I got a good photo of the roach and I am perusing some action. I

I must start by saying that we frequently eat at Chili's, it's my daughter's favorite place to eat. We either dine in or get carry out at least once a week. I will admit that I have found the higher prices a bit frustrating. But today I was so disappointed and disgusted by the greed of your corporation I felt the need to bring this to your attention. Today we ordered carry out; along with my entree I ordered a side salad which was $5.59. The salad was not what I usually receive it was a tiny salad about the size of my fist, and placed in a small white Styrofoam box. I was so shocked by the minuscule size of the side salad, but I felt the need to call management and inquire if I got the correct item on my order. I was informed by a manager of the Chili's that the small amount of salad was a decision made by corporate. I'm so disappointed, your thoughtless, and disregard for your customers has this (up to now) loyal customer NEVER WANTING TO GO TO ANOTHER CHILI'S EVER AGAIN!!!! $5.59 for a fist of lettuce, I hope you save some money by serving supper small salads, because you just lost me and my family's business. $70.00 a week, $3,640.00 a year, for many years... it's your loss.

My husband and I visited Chili's in Jackson, TN. It was the worst experience we have ever had at a Chili's. We walked in and it took nearly 8 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. We stood there as three different servers walked passed us without one word. It gave me time to gaze around the dining areas. There was food and debris under several tables where no one was seated. Several tables were uncleared or cleaned. When we were acknowledged, the young lady that seated us was unpleasant and rolled her eyes when I asked to be seated in a booth. Once seated, one ever came to even take our drink order. As I looked around I could see how worn down the tables were. Across from our table was a half wall with a shelf mounted on it. At the bottom of the shelf there was at least an inch of dust. And underneath the shelf were huge cobwebs and more dirt. We were so disgusted that we decided to leave. We were not going to eat in such a filthy place. If health inspectors ever go into this location I can guarantee they would shut it down. We will never go to this location again. I have taught and trained customer service for years. And this staff would fail my class completely.

My husband and I visited the Chili's in Batavia IL on Sunday night. The server Jenna was fantastic! The manager on the other hand was not! I had a craving for the Chicken Caesar salad. I didn't see it on the menu. The server said, "No worries, we can make one for you." I was so happy! I thanked her and then asked her if I could have the ranch dressing instead of the Caesar. She said no problem. When the food came out there was no chicken on the salad. The food was brought out by a different server. I mentioned the chicken and the manager brought it out. He was apologetic but very fake in and over the top in his "friendliness". He went back in the kitchen. I then hear the manager yelling at my server, Jenna. I was sitting in the booth closest to the kitchen in the Bar area. I heard almost everything the manager was saying to Jenna! He was yelling at her and speaking down to her as if she was an idiot! I worked for Chili's for approx 5 years while going to Nursing school. I worked at the Danada Square, Wheaton IL Chili's and the Chili's in St. Charles, IL. I worked with all kinds of Managers but none that ever spoke to their servers in the way Willie did! From what I understand Willie is new to being a manager. In my opinion he needs more training on how to speak with people. Please recognize Jenna. All she did was try to please her customer, which she did very well.

I'm sorry my husband and I won't be back to chilis in Panama City florida on 23rd st. The server we had was awful. He had the table behind us order on our kiosk. Our order on another kiosk. We paid the one on our kiosk. We got up and l proceeded to leave and he told us that we were stealing. When we didn't we paid for food . He didn't even ring in our skillet cookie. The server was very inattentive very confused at serving. He got the kiosks mixed up. It's not the customers fault for the servers mix up

Went to the Chilis in East Setauket, NY. Was charged for chips and salsa despite being a member of the rewards program for years. Not the server nor the manager cared that the receipt
And website state FREE CHIPS AND SALS. Will not be returning to that location or any other.

I went to a chilis here in Reno, Nv this evening and was extremely disappointed. The restaurant has been a favorite for my daughter and I for quite some time. Tonight is my third visit in a row where I very much regretted my choice to eat there. I ordered the chicken fajitas like I normally do. When they finally arrived at my table they were room temperature, not sizzling like the fajitas normally do. The extra boat and tortillas I normally ask for weren't with my order. At this point I hadn't seen my server since I had ordered my food but had to wait another twenty minutes for her to come check on me. When I finally got a chance to speak to her I reminded her about the extras I asked for. At this point she was obviously very upset with me. I had a rough week and was there tonight to have a good meal and try to unwind and left sad and disappointed. I will never return to any chilis restaurant and will recommend my friends and family follow suit.

Hi I've been coming to chili's at least 3 times a month with friends. Every time it has been a pleasure with great service. But now this is the second time I have ordered Togo an the food wasn't up to par as it was for dining in.. I get the triple dipper everytime with double boneless wings an the big mouth bites. When I dine in I get a healthy portion of boneless wings but for Togo's I only get about 8 or nine wings. I left a comment and not a review because I like the store. If I wanted 8 boneless wings I would have just ordered that for cheaper.. If there's a way we can go about this let me know.

I don't know if anyone bothers to read these comments, but here goes. My husband and I ate at chilis in Carencro, LA today & had horrible experience. Slow service. Ppl at table behind us had a ROACH at their table. Bad enough but waiter is trying to pound it with his bare hands & just acted like it was no big deal. My burger was way undercooked & waiter tried to tell me that's how they come unless you specify you want it well done. Yet my husband's wasn't pink/red inside. Waiter offers me to get another one. Then literally come to me...my plate with the undercooked burger and fries is right in front of me. He tries to use a fork to remove the burger so he can leave me the fries. Who does such a thing? How bout just bringing fresh fries with the new burger? Geez Then I hear them in the kitchen and someone says where are the fries and our waiter says she's got fries. Yikes. His name was Laine by the way. Terrible waiter and terrible roach killer. The entire place needs to be shut down for a deep cleaning. The bathroom floors are so filthy and slick with a grease pile up that I can't even go in there with my cane for fear of falling. I'd hate to see what the kitchen looks like. Oh and then they ran out of tea and I had to wait on that. I used to eat hear 2 plus times a month at least. But seems Every time I go it gets worse. Place is awful. Poor management I'm sure. Filthy. Then top it off you can't use the free reward salsa and chips with the pick 3 meal. I don't see why not if I order a salad or soup as my appetizer.

On the 31st of July, my husband ate at the Bryant, AR location, and both developed food poisoning at night. The only thing we ate the same thing was the salsa, chips, and Queso.
The food poisoning lasted for two days.
It was terrible. We had to have my doctor call in a script to stop the constant nausea feeling as well as the vomiting.
I sent a message to Chili's in their "Contact Us" section and never heard anything back other than I got an email with a "free chips and salsa" gift. Really???!!! We won't be going back.

I ate at the Chili's in Loganville today and had a wonderful experience. I was disappointed, however, to find out that although I'm a Chili's reward member I would not be able to get free chips and salsa because I have not been there on the past 45 days. The waiter explained this when I asked about it. When I received my receipt over email I noticed an ad at the bottom that said Join My Chili's Rewards
and get FREE Chips & Salsa

Dinner was great at the Glendora, Ca Chili's!! Service and food was a treat tonight!! When leaving the restaurant noticed that a sprinkler was wasting water on the chilies landscape. When addressing it with the manager his response, was he hears about it every week and that he's waiting on someone from corporate to send landscaping. That sounds ridiculous and it is wasting tons of water. California drought cannot afford to waste water like this. Someone needs to address it ASAP!!

Chili's has discontinued all my family's favorites. The original crispers, the Buffalo Chicken Salad and the quest burger. We were with a large group of people and they all hate that these favorites are gone.
Whey did this happen?
I guess we are finished with Chilis. This is so sad. Judging by the halfway empty restaurants we have gone to, I guess others are finished as well.

We ordered from the Bethpage NY restaurant tonight. When I went on line to order I was very upset not to see the buffalo chicken with the salad and the appetizer buffalo chicken. Why did you people take off the two best things you had on the menu. So I had to order Santa Fe Crispers salad I was very disappointed only 2 strips of chicken. For the money it is not worth it.

Your corporate leadership is in very sad shape. Corporate leadership in my opinion is the worst I've seen in a very long time. How can you even justify your corporate leadership. I'm speaking of the asset in ESPANOLA NM. IF I WERE THE CEO I WOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE OPERATIONS OF THE INDUSTRY. what a shame! Maybe termination is the answer.i would fire you immediately!

Was informed by an employee that works at Chili's in Waco Texas. They are going on several days of A/C not working. It's 108 degrees in Waco today. How is it fair to have your employees working in this conditions. Also 2 weeks ago draft beer was not available and is still not. Also they had to close 1 hour early last night due to lack of food to serve. What's going on?

Management is on a serious power trip!! I know people say this all the time,blah blah blah,but when you (me as an employee) do everything that is required as an employee especially ensuring that the dish area is completely (g.id.) down and damn near spotless and up to brand standars and I end up losing my job,because i got sick and yes my manager was aware and notified, and I damn sure enough did not need to be around peoples food and other staff members?! WOW!!! That speaks VOLUME about this company...sorry chilis maybe its just management at this location but damn i really needed this job it was a perfect location,smooth shifts compared to most places just do your job and clock out..thats it..not rocket science!! Which I did!! And still got used only for a moment,so why did i have to do all the training smh..There is a serious issue with this locations management..seriously!! Oh and by the way im not the only one who can see through the madness (employees talk to eachother)..CRAZY CRAZY CRAZINESS!!! So heres yalls "speak up" moto!!! F it!!!

It's unfortunate that our visit here was so awfully marred first by a dead fly in our drink and worse by the service provided regarding the matter. "Flies come in. It happens," was the assuaging remark by manager Hugo Mendez who first refused to come out to discuss the issue then refused to give his name. I had to resort to asking a member of the wait staff because he walked away and ignored me. After throwing up in the restroom, I asked for reimbursement for my meal. I wanted my money back, not $5 gift cards. Flies come in, paying guests should not.

On the 5th of this month I visited with my daughter and ordered for to go. I know the local chilis to go normally isn't good service and it was take twice the wait time that the app says so that was no surprise. And we've ordered to go enough to know to check the bag before leaving. Last time our desert cookie was literally just a cookie no chocolate sauce or ice cream just a plain cookie for $7. When I checked the bag my kids food didn't look at all like it normally does at all. It looked like whoever bagged it was mad at the fact that they were busy that evening and wanted to piss someone else off by messing with their food. It was a busy evening so I just walked back in with the food and drinks and told them I was returning the food that I was just like a refund. I wasn't rude in anyway and was very patient while they took their time. It's now the 14th and I've yet to get my refund to my account.

Hi! I went for an interview today 4-7-23 at 1100 am in somerset ky.. I got there and was told that I would have to reschedule my interview online. I was told this by the hotels not the Manager. Very unprofessional no reason why.. I will not ever go there again and I'm telling all my friends and family.. I feel I was discriminated against because I'm not 20 something..

Chili's in Hiram Georgia should be closed down due to filth, horrible food, I remember when it was a good place to eat well not anymore!! I got SICK , had diarrhea all night completely miserable!! They served me asparagus that was so tough I couldn't eat it! Never seen asparagus turning yellow! A piece of avocado that was ruined! It was horrible! I'm going to spread the word around to not go there unless you want to get sick! It was disgusting and I'm being nice!!!!!!!!!! ????

We (party of 4) arrived at 10pm and their close time was 11. We waited at the stand for 5 min and the host came and said the manager told her to tell us the wait time is 45 min. There were maybe 5 tables filled and a bunch of workers - we said you really are gonna say 45 min and then you close 15 min later ? Host said she told the workers to go home and is making her do overtime - obviously the manager didn't want any more business for the night telling us a 45 min wait. I hope the company sees what she is doing to Their restaurant and fires her

Went to Chilis in Largo Florida on Seminole blvd and was sitting in a booth right next to the kitchen. While eating I could hear a ping pong ball and looked back to my surprise that the GM of the restaurant was playing a game with the employees with the ball throwing it in the trash can and picking it back up out of the trash can or off the floor and not washing their hands as well as eating and not washing their hands. I got video of the whole incident

Went to chilis Raleigh NC stood at the front 10 minutes while the hostess and another worker looked at us and kept talking ignoring us. Finally we asked for the manager. Someone came over told us an hour wait tables open everywhere. We were told short staff. Manager never came co-worker said she was in the bathroom. Horrible service. Done with Chilis.

I visited the Chilies ?️ in Athens Ga on Alps road on Friday, Feb 10th at approximately 6:00 p.m. from the time we arrived until we left the service was trash! The tea we received was very light colored sugar water very little tea flavor. The beer that my husband ordered had set at the bar soo long that it was hot! We ordered a triple dipper for starters the boneless wings was just like they came out the refrigerator inside with the barbecue sauce just dappled on them very cold inside! The bite size burgers was cooked black and dried out and just threw in the buns! The egg rolls looked like they had been cooked and been sitting out for hours! Once the waiter came back over to the table we addressed the issues to him he constantly talked over me! Insisting that he would get another one but I asked to speak with a manager once she came over I explained she asked did we want another order I said no cause it should have been right when it first came out! I feel that we received VERY POOR customer service!I will definitely NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT ANY MORE! So very sad that this place has went down to nothing!!!!

I wanted to place my order for delivery online, but an item I wanted was not on the menu to order online or on the app. So I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager asking if I could add the item to my order over the phone and pay for it that way too. I didn't want to place the rest of the order until I knew if I could have them add something on over the phone. The item being a basket of garlic Bread which I wanted to go with my soup. I would not want to place my whole order if I couldn't get that. I would have just ordered from somewhere else. Well I was told by the manager that they could not accept payment over the phone, but since the garlic bread was not in the online or app menu, that he would throw some in for my order anyway. Great! I was happy with that and went ahead and placed my order through the app. After the order was placed I called them back letting them know and reminded the person taking care of the order what the manager said so that they would make sure the garlic bread was in my order when it was delivered. Well the bedhead was not in the order when it was delivered, and I was very upset because like I said before, I would have just ordered from another place. I didnt feel like eating anymore because it ruined my meal. So I phoned the manager Mike again and told him the bread was not there and he said "I can leave gift cards for me to pick up to replace my order another time. I order from Chili's often. Especially that specific location. Well when I went in to pick up the gift cards, I was going to reorder my order from that night and use the cards to pay for it. Well the manager left me two $5 gift cards which hardly covered a small part of the bill. My original order was $52 which included deliver fees, but I was told they would replace the Meal's I ordered. The manager was not in this night so I had to leave him a message to call me and I just paid more money for the order while I was there. The manager never responded to me or called me back. Another issue I had was the delivery driver not being able to find my place to deliver my food at the time it was supposed to be delivered. So I called the restaurant back and let them know that. They said it showed delivered. So I went and opened my front door to see that my food had indeed been delivered. But it was on the ground out in the cold for who knows how long. The delivery driver never knocked or called me to let me know they delivered my food, so by the time I got it, it was ice cold. It was freezing that night and I can't believe the driver would do that. So needless to say, my food was not edible and when Iwe tried heating it in the microwave, the food just got soggy and was not edible for even my sister to eat her meal. I've very dissapointed with the way this all went down to say the least. I order from there all the time and never had this problem, but the problem this time was never resolved. I am having an uncomfortable experience the DO of this region is making my life difficult he went on social media and put up a disturbing post it should've been used to be positive for his staff but isn't he took that time to take a shot at me and has had several people commenting on me as a manager and I am so deeply hurt because I don't feel as if I ever deserved that kind of attack. I've been nothing but supportive of his new team and I can't understand why you would make a post like that on a large platform for people to make negative comments about me and not step in to defend me but yet he was the reason they said such awful things. I think he should be held accountable for his actions. He is supposed to be a respected person and that kind of behavior I feel is in poor taste. I am reaching out to a lawyer because I feel defamed. Addendum to the South Philly chili's so before we leave my mom asked the new bar maid is that a new cook because the food was bad she said no and she can tell the manager herself. My mom said we been coming every Tuesday except for the last two Tuesdays and nothings changed. My mom said no thanks and she sent the manager anyway. The manager then said what's wrong she said we both work in around people and you're always rude and don't know how to treat people because corporate don't know. This is not our first time meeting you. He then asked is that why you asked for me. My mom said I never asked for you and you should check your employee. He said well now just tell me what to do. As he was walking away said I will kick y'all asses out. I then said well do it then with out us paying this stupid ass bill. The bar maid then goes and gets another manager who comes to ask what's wrong. I was starting to tell her and my mom said excuse me us repeating the story is upsetting me and will this be getting any money off the bill. The manager said no my mom then said well you dismissed it's no need to keep going over a situation where nothing's going to change.

The chili's in south Philadelphia on Oregon ave is horrible. The manager walks around with a hat and a leather coat on the whole time like he about to leave out. He plays around with the employees in the kitchen or at the bar instead of making sure the patrons are being taking care of. The food is so nasty it taste like it's a few days old. The buffalo wings are not fully cooked it's slimy under the skin ugh.... Some days there is No bartender and there is no eta on when one will come. He changes his staff so much you can't get to know anyone. The chicken Alfredo comes out out cold the chicken is brick hard. Lord take the wheel! Close that place down!!

We have been going to the Chili's in Woodbury Minnesota since it opened. The last couple years there are always different people every time you go there. My husband and I went there tonight for dinner- oh what a mistake! The young boy that was taking names was away from the front so many people just walked out. We get seated and waited for a good 10 minutes to even get acknowledged, gave our order to the waitress, my husband asked for a certain beer on tap, she came back and said they only had it in a bottle, which was fine by my husband. After a good 10 minutes or longer she brings him a glass of beer, he says I thought you only had it in a bottle, she said I don't know. Then it was another 10 minutes to get our chips and salsa . They were busy there but our waitress kept disappearing and when she was there instead of taking care of one table at a time she was all over the place. Our food took forever and when it came it was cold so I sent my pasta back and then I waited forever for that and had to finally ask her where it was- it came back finally barely warm. And when our food came out we had to wait because we had no silverware. She came to our table and we asked for a couple boxes and of course we had to wait again for that and when we asked for the boxes we told her we wanted a chocolate molten. So she brings us our boxes and asked if we were paying with cash or a card- I said what about our chocolate molten she says oh- so I believe she did not put in the order cause it took forever to get that. I then asked for a manager- she came- her name was Bethany. She was very nice and adjusted our bill and gave us a $5.00 gift card. As far as we were concerned our whole billl should have been wiped out cause it was gross. As far as we were concerned the whole thing should have been wiped out. Very bad experience!!! We will not be going back there anytime soon!!!

I would like to remain anonymous but the sexual harassment charges we complained about on one of your cooks Jose has been going on since he has worked there. Multiple team members brought this to the GM's (Annie) attention and she never put accountability on him. All she told us was that she was going to talk to him. He never got written up or documented for any of his actions. From what we know she was afraid to lose cooks that's why nothing was ever done. I don't understand why no investigation was done with the whole restaurant or even on the GM. Also there is so much favoritism at this location Buena Park. She favors certain team members with overtime and more hours. No accountability on certain team members. This should be an equal opportunity environment. Just look at the records on who gets a lot of overtime and days and hours and it's so unfair. This is why we say the manager does not care. All she cares about is her numbers like labor etc.!!

This Chili's In Beeville is really having issues! It's always cold. I mean really cold. You can't even enjoy a meal or a drink. We now open the door check the temp before coming in. Cold we are gone. The music in the bar you can't hear your conversation. We used to come alot but looks like nobody cares. We tell staff and manager constantly! Thermostat is broke. So disappointed nothing gets done! So we went to one of your restaurants in the Rockford area to enjoy the music and food. We were about halfway through our dinner when they turned off the music to turn up the volume for the football game. I have noise sensitivity and the speakers were giving really bad feedback right above our heads. We asked the waitress if we could get the music back and she said she would see if they could turn down the speaker. Instead we had asked for boxes to take the remainder of our dinner home. We tried to call the store to talk with a manager because apparently he was too busy to come talk to us and was just rude to us over the phone. He told us that it was part of his job to turn on the game and turn off the music. And when we tried to explain that he just kept saying that he doesn't have to let his customers know. We chose to sit in the bar because it has softer lighting a lot and not as large of table. We would have been happy to move to another area of the store BUT to be told rudely that he couldn't do anything irritated us. We've been to this location many times during the same hours and NEVER has this happened to us and we sit in the same section each time. I'm sorry but this location has currently lost our patronage.

So for the moment we arrived we weren't even greeted and the menus were disgusting and I gave the benefit of the doubt Pick up lunch I had just started however the waitress was completely horrible she didn't even attend to the table took the order and walked away the food was uncooked Shrimp tacos and unsweetened iced tea that had soap foam on top of it but there's no reason for it nobody had name tags on ones walking around with an oversize hoodie sweatshirt this is a corporation restaurant it should be ran a little differently however I am sure that you have cameras in your facility that you were able to see exactly what is going on somebody should address. I work retail so I understand that sometimes customers are a little extreme with that confirms it takes a lot for me to realize that this is definitely not how you run a place especially place of business or a restaurant There's one person left it out his name was Dylan however he was running all the food out to every single table while other people are just standing around blowing their nose talking on their phone and just talking. He should be recognized as one of your stronger employees !!!

Rewards member ordered for pickup @ Dunwoody, Peachtree Dunwoody Road. No cheese requested on side salad loaded with cheese. Husband highly allergic to dairy. Threw salad out. Chili cheese dip ordered only 1/4 filled in container & all it was was cheese dip like velveta cheese. Long time customer since y'all 1st opened. I have photos of cheese dip & salad. Awful take out for 50.00! We're in our 70's unable to get out & certainly can't afford a meal that is half done...awful!

LET ME BE BLUNT. We arrived at 11:15 am to a sign on the door that read please be patient we are extremely short staffed. the ONLY server/bartender was a sweet girl name Tanisha. The bar area was full and she was handling all of it alone, including a birthday party table of 12 patrons. She smiled as she took orders, bussed tables, made cocktails, was very friendly and never missed a beat. While we were there she was handling at least 50 people alone. EVERY Restaurant should have a TaNisha! You don't know how lucky you are to have a person with her work ethic. Please reward her accordingly. We will continue to patronize this establishment because of our experience with Tanisha and the amazing food we ate. Kudos to the chefs and TaNisha!!

I have been a customer for a very long time. Today I discovered that my free chips or drink voucher is not valid when ordering from the 3 for menu. This is idiotic. How do expect to keep customers by eliminating this perk. You should be serving chops and salsa like many other restaurants do for free ! I will not plan on visiting your establishment as a result of this. Please take in to Consideration that customer will come back to you if you offer them perks.

Today my daughter and I had lunch and was
completely amazed at our server Dottie. She
literally ran the whole restaurant with the
exception of cooking. (Older lady brought out
food to the table very nice also) She greeted us
at the door. She served us and a total of 4
other tables. I even saw her deliver a curbside
orders and had a guest at the bar. She did all of
this with a smile on her face. She was also
accurate, and attentive. She never seemed
overwhelmed. This is to be celebrated
especially in this day and age. I sure hope
Chili's knows what a gem they have in Dottie.

On September 22, 2022 My son and I went to chilis for dinner, first the hostess and waitress were a blessing to us! Food came out my sons was excellent but my food was salty, which was not suppose to be without seasonings, chicken strip breading was soggy not crispy. Waitress told manager, she came out and said what can I do for you, I replied that my sugar was low so I'm not sure my son and I are sharing food. I told her not sure she offered more chicken so we waited and waited then I caught the hostess cleaning off a table near ours and ask her to ask the manager to please just take it off then the Manger proceeded to scold me becauseci mentioned I had to go to get my son in bed for school. She continued to scold me and say I am frying up your chicken now. She said that everytime I come in I have a problem with my food, I offered to pay for the corn I ate and she continued to try to push an argument and so I nicely told her that I'd pay for everything so I could leave with my son and I did eventhough I should've not. I also left our extras for her. Manager came running after me with the chicken and I told her she could keep it she proceeded to try to get me to take and run her mouth about it was fresh I should take it. I was humiliated by then and left told her to have a nice evening. I refuse to go back to this location again. This is the marketplace drive location. I proceeded to call Richmond road location and spoke with Sheila which she was very pleasant and helpful. She apologized and she would email the district Manager after we hung up. The marketplace location has went downhill since manager Mandy went to the Richmond road location, that lady kept the moral up and pleasant! I will not go back to chilis for a long while. I paid 24.35 for 2 Meals one which was mine and I didn't even get to enjoy, wrong.

I went to your restaurant on Litchfield in AZ. The girl on hosting kept telling us 20min. At least 3 times.
People who arrived after us she seated before us. After I asked for the manager she still wanted to explain, I told her not to. Another server got us seated in a couple min.
They were busy and food took along time to get, the only problem was ordering a rare burger and both times it was well done. They didn't charge us for the burger. The only thing I didn't like was they let the girl who gave us a hard time served our food. I just hope she didn't spit in it. Because she kept giving us a strange look
She also said you have a nice night after seating us,with an attitude.

Visits Chili's this afternoon for the first time in a few years. Had a very disappointing meal. The host complained about his job as he seated us, the waitress forgot about our drink order for a long time, we waited over 35 minutes to get our food and then it tasted old an not good at all as I have always known Chili's to have good food. The original chicken crispers were rubbery and stale, the corn tasted reheated and old. We notified the waitress (it wasn't her fault) but the manager never came to talk to us. She did however give. % 50 discount off that meal. I won't visit that location again even though I live close by. Just a disappointing meal?

As you may know, we are experiencing a record heat wave in Southern California, something like we've never seen before. I am a Rewards member and went to the Chili's location at 3500 Sports Arena Blvd. for a meal the evening of Sept. 3 when the temperature outside was near 100 degrees. I went to the bar area where I enjoy watching the San Diego Padres games but noticed it was very hot. I sought out the manager on duty and he said, "The air conditioning is broke." I thought his answer was poor. A better one would have been, "I'm sorry, sir, our air conditioning system is currently broken." And even better, "I'm sorry sir, our air conditioning system is broken and we have a repair scheduled for tomorrow."

As I write this two days later, we are still in the heat wave and it is expected to last 3-4 more days minimum. I don't know if I should attempt a return to this location and again be faced with insufferable conditions but I will not patronize a restaurant that does not have working air conditioning during this heat wave. I walked out of another restaurant for the same reason. I know times are tough for restaurants but this location seems to be popular and I would think an emergency repair of the air conditioning would be warranted.

My husband and I had a late lunch at chili's in gonzales la. At the tanger outlet. The restaurant was dirty food on tables, stuff all over the floor,, and bathrooms nasty. Service was very slow once seated and had to ask another waitress for refills after waiting a long time. When we got ready to pay at the table they had the wrong midsummer at our table. We actually had someone's else's bill. So I had to wait for someone to figure out what was going on. I love chili's but I'm not going back to that location.

Met someone from out of town at Chili's is 4000 Century Blvd. in Inglewood, Ca. and while the service and food were fine, the windows, especially for the front doors, were filthy with greasy hand prints.

What the heck! I applied for a server job, which I'm extremely over qualified for, at your Selma, Tx location. Before I went to my scheduled interview, I decided to go by for lunch to check out the vibe. OMG! The teenage, sans smile hostess was total low energy and not into her job. All she could do was mumble that I would have to wait 20 minutes for lunch. Looking around, the place was less than half full. NOT GOOD! I left. The next day I showed up for my interview. There was not anyone there. You have a beautiful location in Selma. I would suggest you get it together and figure out what's wrong. At this point I will not be eating at Chilis, ever! I'm afraid the food will be as low class and tasteless as the way you run your restaurant.

Where should I start. Went to the chili's in Arlington Heights for lunch. I had an hour before needing to get to an appointment. Was seated at 1pm and sat there for 5 min with no acknowledgement. After 5 min the two lunch servers, stood 2 feet from me discussing who was going to take my table and one other. That conversation took over 2 min while I sat there listening. Ordered the double burger lunch special and chips and salsa. The salsa was no thicker than water so it didn't taste as good as usual. After 30 min the server asked if I had gotten my burger yet. Clearly not since it wasn't in front of me. She then says, "waiting for your food?" Yes. Apparently the kitchen thought it was already done so they started a new one. I got a burger 10 min later. Not the one I ordered but I didn't see the server to tell her and I was now in a hurry. Just as I finished cutting it, the other server came out and said I had the wrong burger and switched it. My server asked if I wanted something taken off the bill and I said I was a rewards member so the chips were free and she said she'd see what she could do. After no response I asked her if I should pay the bill or if it was taken care of. "Oh I didn't know you Weber me to do something about it." She went to talk to the manager who took $2.25 off the bill. It's not even about the money, but it was a ridiculous experience from start to finish.

I decided to call and talk to the manager (apparently the GM) who only knew about the mix up with the burger. He didn't seem to care how unprofessional it was that servers were discussing who was taking which table until I mentioned that when I was leaving, they were literally having the same conversation about other tables (one server in one aisle, the other in the next aisle talking over the booths).

I managed a restaurant for 12 years. When a server came to me with an issue, I went and talked to the people to see what happened and how I could fix it. I either took care of the bill or part of it or gave them dessert depending on the situation and ALWAYS gave them a certificate to come back on me so we can show them we can do better. This manager thought he was doing me a favor taking off 2.25 and didn't seem to care about or want my feedback. This was the second time I went in person after a to go order being wrong and being told I'd get a certificate mailed to me which I never received. The first time it was ok except for it being absolutely freezing in the restaurant but this was ridiculous. I probably would've given the cooks and the servers another chance but the manager didn't seem to care so I'm done.

Had the worst experience ever at your Braintree Mass location . The manager John was completely rude and should not be in a management position anywhere. I sent my first fajitas dinner back as the steak on it was so fatty n chewy I could not eat it . He took that charge off then the dinner I reordered was with shrimp and chicken . It was all the previous chicken and rice and the rice was burnt and chicken was overdone I have pictures to prove it . The manager charged me for this dinner the shrimp was not cooked thoroughly so I never really ate why was I charged for dinner period? I will never eat at your establishment again and I expect a full letter of apology from the President of Chilis as well as your disrespectful manager !!

My husband and I went to Chili's July 9 th in Colorado Springs and were dismayed that your menu has changed. The service was good but we were disappointed that you no longer have the Caribbean Chicken Salad or the mango chicken. Instead of the Caribbean salad, I chose the Buffalo fajita salad. I think that was the name. It had grilled chicken with ranch dressing. I had heartburn all night! The Caribbean salad never did thst and it was always refreshing. Sadly, you will probably follow Applebee's and other failed restaurants. This must have been a corporate cost-cutting decision versus customer input. We will not be returning to Chili's..

I'm a resident in the Bolingbrook area and I visited Chilis on Weber & Boughton the food is horrible... I spoke with the manager and she decided that it was appropriate to say to. Me that the food is cooked per chilis menu, now granted I ordered the chicken pasta and street corn the pasta was over cooked the corn was burnt and dried out and that's Vhilis menu? I've attempted to eat here on three different occasions and everytime the food was HORRIBLE I'll never eat here again!

Horrible service on west Markham in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Curbside to go is a joke. When I asked to speak with a manager the manger(Laura Brown) refused to get on the phone. We placed the order online 30 mins prior. When we arrived and check on they said it would be another 30 mins. Trying to support this business made us return back to work 25 minutes late which is absolutely unacceptable.

Your unfriendly server Emily made me feel like I couldn't speak up about my bad experience I was having because of her attitude. She never gave me a refill/asked how I was doing and every time (3) I was about to ask for something she kept walking away, my broccoli was literally cold/solid/hard like it wasn't cooked at all, I didn't have condiments, etc. All because I had questions about my free reward at the beginning of my visit I guess it irritated her. She messed up everyone's order at the table & tried to correct everyone's issues but mine, I want my money back & I wont be coming back.

The food was inedible!! You could taste the dirty frier oil on all fried foods. The chicken crispers were Petrified. Disgusting!! Over 100 spent on garbage. Never again!!! I'm at the Chili's in Denham Springs, La. I'm lactose intolerant so I ordered an Oldtimer without cheese. It came with cheese. I asked for another burger without cheese. I received an burger with melted cheese on the sides an some on the top of burger. The manager stated she cooked new burger. I showed her the burger. She stated someone else must have messed with it when she walked away. She also said I have to get a gift card emailed to me but I can not get my money back. I eat there often & get my back often, when my well done burger is bleeding or hairs was in the food. I won't be back. All they did was try to scrape the cheese off.

5/31 9:45pm Chilis Bar & Grill 2861 W Hwy 74, Monroe, NC 28110. Me and my family decides to come have dinner here at chilis after middle school graduation. Service was poor we had to keep the server reminded of simple request. I ordered 6oz sirloin steak topped with shrimp, loaded mash, and broccoli and as I proceed to start to eat my food the shrimp was cold the loaded mash was way too thick, my broccoli looked as if it was not steamed at all it was dry but to top the worst of the worst as I was examining my food I had happened to take a close look it was a MAGGOT on the side of my broccoli with the nest around it. I was immediately sick to my stomach not being able to capture a picture because I ran to the restaurant to go puke instantly. This was beyond the worst restaurant experience that I've ever faced. This restaurant in Monroe NC needs to be closed down ASAP.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries to go last May at the Chili's on Eastern in Henderson, NV. When I got home, the fries were already cold (not that far from my house), and the chicken sandwich looked more like a nugget than a sandwich, very small, very thin, very tasteless. I then called and talked to the manager there, Richard. He apologized and said he would send out some gift cards to my email. After 4 weeks, I did not receive them so I called back. He seemed disinterested and said he would check into it and get back to me. He never did. I then called him about it every month for the last year and to this date ( April 18th, 2022, I have still not received my gift cards. Yes, I checked my spam and junk folders. If a customer calls you back once a month for a year, aren't you going to try to help them and make it right? I guess if you are Richard at the Henderson Chili's you just don't care. Unbelievably poor customer service.

My wife and I stop by the Richmond Indiana Chili's for takeout. Two old-timer Burgers and Fries, mine was to be playing with cheese only purse with everything and both well done. The burgers look like they were set on fire with a flamethrower so charred I couldn't eat mine not to mention it had everything on it. Stopped at the Chili's in Palestine Texas after enjoying a Polar Express train ride. The server took our order and another group came in and sat for about 20 minutes and received their food while ours came a a little at a time. My grand children were forgotten along with my daughter in laws food. This has us deciding to dine somewhere else from now on. Went in tonight to grab dinner got there about 7 ish. I asked them to put Cajun on side I had to ask for it two times before I got it. Also asked for no onions on it and they loaded them down I can't eat them they make me very sick. I told the waitress she was oh I'm so sorry the cooks do their very best for the guests. She took it back to the kitchen 10 mins passed she brings it back out not only is it cold but they scraped off the onions and most of the Alfredo then stirred pasta to hide more than a handful of onions left. I took a few bites before I found them by then it was too late now I get to go to bed in agony. I didn't think this was allowed if I was severely allergic if he dead right now, it may be a while before I can go back. Was my favorite place to go now I'm not sure I'm safe to eat there.

I went in Saturday morning and bought a hamburger AND fries AND the waiter said this was NOT GOOD for the advertised chips and caso.
I Am tired of going in AND getting scraps FOR fries.
My sister got fries 4 inches long.
The kid AND father's beside ME got fries 4 inches long.
The waiter and staff ARE ALLWAYS rude to us.
I gave my sister the MONEY in CASH and told her to pay with her MONEY so she COULD get the rewards on her card because I was NOT ever going back again.
This is the 3rd time MY food was raw in the middle AND burnt so bad OUTSIDE YOU couldn't chew it AND the fries were ALL less than one inch long.
Tired of the crap the rude PEOPLE AND garbage some get.
Asked for well done not burnt.
And THE waiter lied because this chips and caso was GOOD that DAY.
Management never came AND we waited on them to come for half an hour.

Chili's Alt. Spgs., Fl. Was "dirty" (floor, around windows...), atmosphere cold- no plants, or pictures, etc. There was visible Black mold all over AC vents around us! Disgusting- (we have pics)...very disappointing experience, we won't be back!

I went into chili's my bill was one thing and I was charged something else on my card. When I called, the manager seemed very disinterested and did not care that clearly one of her staff has committed fraud. This restaurant is in morrisville nc. My bill was $22 I gave the waitress an $4 on my card and saw that I was charged $32.71. It's a pandemic and fraudulent activity ia at an all time high but I never thought something like this at the morrisville store could happen to me and with a manager that could care less.

I feel your policy for not seating people until they can be served within 30 minutes in this era of Covid 19 is totally irresponsible. You are having people wait in a group at the front door, instead of seating them at empty tables and telling them the kitchen is backed up, serving them drinks and allowing them to relax. I just wanted to suggest that you update your online order options to include a comments box so we can say not to put certain toppings on our orders. For example - the chicken chipotle Waffle meal doesn't say it comes with chives but everytime we order it online, it has chives.

I would just like to commend the Chili's on Rt 59 in Naperville Il. I could obviously tell due to COVID they were slightly short staffed. The food was excellent as always and the GM Michael Kovalcik was super nice. They all did the same amazing job with fewer ppl. I have been going to our local Chili's for over 16 years. For some reason it has become the worst one I've ever been to. They never seem to have items on the menu, chicken,queso cheese, broccoli,loaded potato soup, and so many more items. I'm not sure if it's a management problem, staff not telling what they need or what. But lately all our orders have been incomplete due to no supplies. This one is do poorly managed. Not enough cooks wait times of up to 40+ minutes for entrees. Servers standing by the bar chatting. Our town is in a growing time, and many more restaurants are coming to town. Can't wait, I think you have become to comfortable being only 1 of maybe 6 sit down restaurants. You had better step up or you might become a restaurant that becomes a ghost. Sorry because we go there 2-3 times a week.

There was a Chili's in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania that closed a year or so ago. Nobody seems to know why it closed so quickly. I was there for dinner one night and the next day it went out of business!! We loved Chili's and miss it very much!! Any chance of one reopening in Wilkes-Barre?

Your location in silsbee tx is horrible. The one main issue is the general manager. Losing good employees (fired/quit) we were regulars but will no longer waste our money. You need to fix it soon. Also getting corporate to discuss issues is a joke. Never available. No wonder it looks like you don't care!!!

To Whom It Concerns,

Today is Sunday 07-25-21 in Nacogdoches Texas. I have come to Chili's for years and have used Chili's to cater for businesses I market to. However, I had stopped coming because of the loud music. Today I decided to see if anything had changed. The front entrance was full of customers and at least two customers said they had already complained to no avail.

Some customers (like me) wear hearing aides and it becomes painful to be in an area with such loud sounds.

I have to comment on The BEST waiter in your entire Chilis team !!!! I had dinner aT the bar at Chilis GERMANTOWN, TN (outside Memphis) on Friday 23rd and BENNY was working the entire bar ALL BY HIMSELF!! Benny worked with a smile the entire night, quickly and effecintly!! He could not have done a better job or had better work ethic or be quicker with his wit!!

I went to Chili's in Houston tx off Buffalo speedway and highway 59 ... my sister and I along with 3 children. We walk in it's not busy at all around 8pm the female waiter tells us it will be 15 mins and we'll get you seated ok great...10 mins pass.... 4 white women walk in and the host takes the tablet and get there number along with other guest after them. I tell him we were waiting here first and we're before then he says ok 3 mins later he text them and say your tables ready I immediately got up and told him that we needed to be seated before them they came after us. He says oh we waiting on a server for you guys umm excuse me you just gave them a server and they were not in the bar area. Ok so I ask to speak to the manager the host runs back there for 5 mins explaining she rudely comes out and says we'll are you on the list. I said no I told him we weren't on one and he said it was ok then he seat people before us. She goes to say I can help what he did while he stands there and smile as I explain what happens. Then surges his shoulders and stand there. I told her I didn't need him here to listen to me she says he can stand right here I asked her was my color a problem she looks at me and then him she refused to give me her or his name which no name tags were displayed. She then goes to tell me you do want my help then fine have a good one. Very rude and unprofessional environment it was horrible and embarrassing to be treated least then.

We went to chili's in Redlands ca horrible experience we waited about 50 minutes to be seated when we were told 30 then waited another hour to get our food we were served appetizers with no utensils to eat with my daughter water had floaters .we ask for chips and salsa never got them but were charged for them .not to mention my husband and daughter ordered a Cesar salad and were given ice berg lettuce asked it to be fixed and they brought out the same salad again and then told us that a Cesar salad is ice berg with right on your web site it says Cesar is made with romaine lettuce .then has to ask for drink refills.and when the food arrived the guy just dropped the appetizer in the middle of the table and then dropped a hand full of straws and walked away very poor customer service if I ever go to chili's again which u normal went often I would have to drive to another city cause this location is horrible I would love for someone to contact me when I call corporate all I get is a recording that they are unavailable

I hope this gets to the right person so that a young lady named Jaquita that works at the Chili's in the Choctaw casino in Grant, Oklahoma gets recognized and moved into management for her service we experienced this past weekend. She is the epitome of what a server should be from her smile and genuine care for her customers. Our names are Janice Harvey and Brittny Cigainero, so that you can check our story on her behalf, we stayed this past weekend at the casino hotel and I must say that Jaquita is the sweetest young lady and best server I've ever had without a doubt. Our entire family came with a table of 19 and she didn't get one thing wrong at all, she memorized everyone's food and placed it perfectly and even handled the 9 kids and their requests without any hesitation at all! She checked on us and kept ALL of our drinks topped like a pro!! When I say she is the best ever, so many could learn from her and she deserves so much and a chance to shine bright like the Diamond she is! We absolutely loved her and we will ask for her every single time we go for sure! I hope this reaches the top and she gets some recognition because she should be the face of Chili's customer service without a doubt!

Drove by one of your locations to see them still open ! Why have you not decided to close your stores with this storm now being a hurricane. Shame. I deliver for door dash. I have been in the Gadsden Al location multiple times to pick up orders. I can see the kitchen from the to go station. I have seen kitchen staff using there hands with no gloves on touching people's food. No hair nets or facial hair nets. People with long hair just hanging over plates of food. They have touched multiple surfaces along with there face, hair and body. And proceed to touch more food. I have heard them arguing and cussing at each other. As well as talking about being drunk and or on some type of drug while being at work. The managers are exactly the same when it comes to making food. I have also seen them allow people to enter the restaurant with no shoes on. This location is very disgusting and unsanitary. I have also contacted the health department here as well. With seeing all of this I myself will never eat at chili's. I also warn people about this because not only is it just plane out nasty but it's not safe for people to eat. My suggestion would be to get someone I. There and get this together.

I went to Chiles in Fort Meyers, Florida for lunch on June 28 with my husband, daughter and granddaughter. It was not busy at all. We were one of 2 tables with customers. The place was virtually empty. We were seated and informed that the menus were "out and about" and we would have to use our phone to take a picture of a "symbol" and then we would miraculously see the menu. Or we could sign in to the screen attached to the table. We took the picture and that didn't work and I am not sure what the signing in thing was but I don't use Facebook because I don't believe in censorship.



We told the hostess and she insisted that all the menus were out. So since we had NO access to your menu, we left. Went across the street to Applebee's. Had real menus, great service and excellent food. Oh yeah and they were busy.



Obviously losing our business is not a big deal to you, but rest assured we won't be going back to a place with such poor customer service. I will also tell any and all about our bad experience at you restaurant



If I wanted to order online, I would have stayed home and ordered in. I don't get out much and going out to lunch is a real treat. Please remember that not everybody is a millennial with smart phones.

I am very sad to announce the horrible dining experience my family has had at Chili's the last 4-5 times. We keep going because the food is great, but we also want a good experience with customer service and the way we get treated. Our nearest Chili's is in Romeoville Illinois. We like to go at least once a week or every two weeks to treat the kids and we sure love to go after a special occasion. The last time before today, we went on Father's Day (thinking it wouldn't be as busy) which it really wasn't, but we understand that COVID took a big hit in the serving industry. I totally get that! I used to work for Chili's and what I have experienced is truly not what I was trained or taught from Chili's 10 years ago. That is sad. the condiment caddies are always missing something like pico or guac. Sometimes they don't even come out on time. The beans are missing and fajitas do not come out sizzling anymore. The customer service has been very low and not professional at all. What happened to putting the customer first or as priority??? Servers are rude and managers do not come out with concern or professionalism. I also feel like staff is not getting trained properly.

I am pretty much explaining what has happened with us the last couple times, but today our issue was different and it is sad that it turned out the way it did with making the customer feel bad. I was shocked on how servers think they can treat people nowadays.

I had a rewards that popped up on my redeem. I brought it up to our server Megan. It was a 3 for 10. I specifically asked her if it would be taken off the meal and she clearly told me it would. I must say Megan was nice and attentive, but when we were asked if we needed anything, she would bring it when it was useless and the meal was done or not bring it at all. When we saw our bill, I told her that my sons 3 for 10 was still on the bill. She first said that it was only for the chicken sandwich. So I told her if she can please cut us some slack since she miscommunicated us (not even mentioning the slow and long experience) I let that go because she was a nice server, but this what I didn't like that she did. She got Dawn the manager (RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!! and she was clearly not seeing our point)until finally She did clarify that what popped up was just a promotion. Not a perk or free as we thought it was and were told it was. We told her that we asked Megan and Megan had clarified that it would be taken off our check. She did not care that we were miscommunicated at all. She said she couldn't take it off and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Megan came back and I kindly told her that she clarified something to us that was not true. It was the only reason I got it for my son. There was 3 of us today so the 2 for 25 was more than enough, but I only got it so my son could try the burger. Here comes the part that makes it bad. Megan kindly apologized and said she would take care of it. She left and came back and I told her "I get it. It was a miscommunication" and she first came back and took it off but after I said that and she left again feeling very comfortable to coming back by adding it to the bill right back. I was shocked and brought it to her attention.
That was rude. She went back and fixed it. She was a nice server but acting like you are going to fix the situation and then changing your mind, makes the customer feel low. To make it even worse, the manager came back out and as I was paying in the machine and writing a review, I had to hear Megan and Dawn vent about the situation right by me. You do not do that. I never once talked to a staff member about the customer in front of the customer or by the customer so they could over hear me. SMH

I hope you guys get more staff going soon because about 20+ people walked away today as we were waiting. That is a lot of business to lose. We are going to take a little break from Chili's or pick another location. We have given 3 locations a chance now so clearly there is a huge concern going on. It's sad! I learned how to treat the customer and go above and beyond for one at Chili's to get treated like this.

What is the problem with Merrillville indiana chilis? I understand that they are under staffed, but why can't they at least put a message on there phone what hours they are opening and closing? As a customer, we have no idea how many people are scheduled or even employed at the restaurant. Therefore, we can't determine what hours they might choose to have indoor eating. There is no way, including showing up at their restaurant to figure out if indoor seating is possible. You call. I don't know if the female manager makes the decisions about closing the restaurant multiple days and early or if that is directed by corporate. She is rude, only has one section of the restaurant open and when it is open they are turning away probably 20 people and hour. We had the rudest seat sitter person we are a party of two waiting's to be seated along with another group of two two people come off the street and he offers them seats at bar not even offering the seats to any of us waiting for seats

He claims it is first come first serve
He started being very rude to both groups waiting on seats

Never had the worse service ever anywhere. Julia at the Portage, MI location should have been fired after the way she tested us. We waited over an hour fir our food, mind you it wasn't that busy. We voiced our concerns and the waitress just started attacking us as if we did something wrong. We wasn't even upset with her, we understand it's up to the cooks. Then started getting smart with one of my friends and gave us another waitress as if we did something wrong.

I had the worst dining experience at the chilled located at 21470 US-59, New Caney, TX 77357. Service took over an hour to bring our food, the place was dirty tables when unclean for the whole time me and family was there. Extreme shortage of staff. Manager cleaning table with a menu and then places the dirty menu back on the table. Food on the floor, dirty tables and filthy bathrooms.

Was at Chili's last night. Was asked if wanted table or booth. My husband is disabled and it's difficult for him to walk distances. Sat at table that didn't require him to walk far. Our waitress told us she would be moving us to a booth , which was quite a distance. Service very poor. Waited long time for our soft drinks. Floor was filthy. Will never return . Went to chilis on 13050 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33618. We used to go there often. Very nice a nice waitresses. Then stopped because started to go down hill. Food and the help. And of course the cooks. Been at least couple yrs. We decided try one more time as a pick up last night. Placed order of skillet Queso and white spinach queso.
I called to let them know I was there. Was not sure where the pick up was. So I told them I was parked by the front door. They said no problem, bring it right out. Waited over 5 mins. So I went inside ( it stunk like bathrooms where not cleaned for a long time. Even with my mask on i could smell it ) and my food was there waiting for me to pick up. I was so mad. Because if I never went in, I would never got my food. They had my mobile number, they could have called me.
I was so mad , I told them that it was sitting there for so long and bow the food will be cold by the time I got home ( 3 mins away ) yes, the manager told me he could rewarm them. But I didn't want to wait another 10 mins. And workers standing there just talking about how can't keep cookers hired. Really, you can tell. Place stinks and food is awful. So I asked the manager what he will do for me since food is cold and no one even tried calling me saying it's ready. He really didn't care. So I mentioned I was going to write a review on yelp. They ( workers , and manager ) started yelling doesn't matter about one customer. Couldn't believe that. Everyone would been fired. I own my own restaurant. And non of my workers talk or act like 3 yr olds.
Food was ice cold when got home. And the portion was so tiny. Looked like they scooped it out with a Tspoon.
Never again. Place is gross and worse manager and workers.

I went to my Chili's in Jonesboro, At 72404 . There was 5 of us and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get waited on and get our food . We were seated in the corner booth where the trim at the bottom of the windows had holes in bottom of trim to see to the outside wood that was eaten of termites or rot. On the windowsill was several dead flys. The table was sticky . I had 3 children with me that were saying gross . Very disappointed in appearance and service . I've always thought of it being my favorite place. They could have put tape over the three holes about 8 to 10 inches long . Wish I had taken pictures. . There is no reason that these places shouldn't be fixed or leave the blinds down. Just thought you needed to know how this chain is doing. We spent about 80.00 there..The next time I go back if I do I hope it's fixed. Thank you

I ordered shrimp fajitas and chicken fajitas last nite 6/1/21 we order them alot. My husband got through half his food only to find a hair in the shrimp fajitas. Someone obviously was not wearing a Hartnett. My husband could not finish his dinner, which don't know anyone that would finish the meal. I never complain but he was so sick about it and not being able to finish his dinner. I ordered at Chili's in Murrieta California on California Oaks Blvd. I didn't call them cause wasn't sure if they would even care.

We paid for our meal at the table I had the receipt emailed to me they informed me I did not pay for my meal I showed them the receipt they still say I did not pay I called my bank an the transaction went through so then they tell me I need to pay for my meal again!!!!! Very horrible service at the Manhattan beach ca location. On a sunday night may 30 2021
At 8:45pm my family and I had stop by to have our dinner from a long day of work. My daughter was very excited going to chili's .when we arrived the host 2 young girls told us that we couldn't eat there because they will be closing in an hour and they where a list of people before us and those people where outside in there cars. My husband and I didn't see noone at the parking lot at all. Only 3 cars parked with nobody in there. So of course we left confused. But I went back in to chili's and wanted to talk to the manager. The young lady called the manager and the manager told me she had a big party coming and they canceled . Keep in mind as a manager she should've let her host know which to me they didn't want to serve us at all. We been chili's customers for years especially in that location. We where discriminated!!!! My daughter kept asking why couldn't we eat there. We left very upset. We never ever got treated the way we was treated on sunday night. Keep in mind the restaurant had a few customers, it wasn't even packed at all. This manager I never seen at all. She refuse to give me her name as well.

I've had a horrible experience this evening in dealing with a pickup order from Chili's at 3940 Baldwin Road in Auburn Hills, MI 48326
#1 they did not include the shrimp that was ordered with my ribeye steak
#2 my ribeye steak that I ordered medium rare was made well done
#3 The person who answered was extremely ride and we asked for the manager who answered the phone by saying "What you want?" After explaining or poor service she replied..."We got new people working here and we can't help you, since you ordered through Door Dash, you got to call them." Yes it's true we ordered our food from Chili's using the DoorDash app but DoorDash didn't forget my shrimp, nor did they over cook my steak. So tonight, I didn't receive my full meal, my steak was over done and on top of that, I got horrible customer service. I'm absolutely disgusted by this experience. (586) 665-0138

My husband and I go to Chili's often. We went last week and no menus. You have to use your phone. This is the stupidest thing I've heard of. All thru the pandemic they had menus and kept them sanitized. We got up and walked out. How many older people don't even have cell phones. We won't be going back.

I made an online order for delivery. The driver called and couldn't speak any English and he wasn't at my house. I called Chili's for help and get some body at the store to translate with the driver. I spoke to a manager and he said he couldn't help and couldn't refund my money even though the driver took the food back to the store. I'm trying to contact Corp office to get a refund but that office won't take calls I'll probably wind up contacting credit card company to dispute the charge. This was wrong on so many levels. The manager talked so badly to me. So I got no food and Chili's still has my money. This is so wrong.

I just opened the container of cheese, salsa, sour cream, etc... and it has fuzzy mold on the salsa part. Nasty. Called and girl was trying to tell me it wasn't. Let me post a pic and show ya. That's different than a mess up it's just not taking care of product. Makes me wonder how many people didn't see it. I have NEVER had such crappy nasty food and help in all my life as I came in contact with Champaign Chilis as I did today. Even the manger was a real jerk!!! Made me feel like my cold good was my fault. Took forever to get our appetizer the waitress made sure that all the other tables around us had their food n drinks but boy not us. Very nasty nasty nasty food and help!!!

Very disappointed with the restaurant. My husband and I went to the Flint Restaurant (4125 Miller Rd) yesterday. We arrived there around 8:00pm told it will be a 30 min wait that lead to 45 min wait. We was seated at booth where my husband realize the bench was not cleaned it was covered with food. So the young lady who seated us was upset she had to clean his bench. Then we order queso spinach dip where we was given broken crumbs of suppose been chips. Then my husband & I ordered chicken and steak combo fajitas where we was given steak and shrimp. Our server asked "So you want me take this back" umm yes! By then I was fed up and asked for manager. Explained to him what has happen his response was like oh I am sorry. Then to top it off when were charged for the two steak and shrimp fajitas that we didn't order. This was my 1st going out due pandemic and to have my dinner experience ruined due lack of common courtesy, lack and quality of service from the hostess to server to the manager

March 20, 2021 my wife and I visited your monroe, NC location. After a brief wait, we were seated and we gave our order.
Texas cheese fries, a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla, and a ten ounce steak was our order. I asked (leslie) our waitress to place broccoli with cheese on a separate plate for my wife.
Our food arrived, my wife's chicken quesadilla had no chicken and my steak and shrimp with broccoli on my plate with no cheese. Leslie actually said,"they gave me the wrong order." Implying the cooks messed up her customer's order. I didn't order steak and shrimp.
Both plates were sent back.
Second delivery my wife's chicken quesadilla had very little chicken and my steak plate still had broccoli no cheese on my plate.
My plate sent back again.
A chili's employee brings broccoli and cheese back. It looked like shredded cheese nuked in a microwave.
My steak delivery (3rd) time and it didn't look like the ten ounce steak I was being charged 4 dollars more for.
I asked to speak to the manager.
He listened to our complaint and replaced both meals with hamburgers. Very good hamburgers considering we didn't want hamburgers initially.
The manager returned with two fresh sweet teas that were unsweetened.
We were not charged the full price for our meal, thankfully.
I would like to say we were dissatisfied, but that doesn't say enough.

I ordered online (Check #: 980358), and had a pick-up time of 6:43pm, I arrived at 6:30pm and noted the system that I had arrived (texted in my arrival). I didn't get my meal till 6:57pm.... now waiting wouldn't have been a big issue if four cars that arrived after me hadn't received their meal before me. Nonetheless, I was content until I got home and realized how COLD my meal was!

Not only was my meal COLD, but I literally had 11 fries.... there were so few fries, I had to count them. The fries were HARD and COLD and could not be eaten... mind you I only live but 5 blocks away from the restaurant. It's difficult to support restaurants in this time when there is minimal to no care of the finish product certain restaurants send out to the general public (the customer).

My Store was at Gosford and Harris in Bakersfield CA.

A group of 8 of us had a birthday lunch at Chili's in Lake Havasu, AZ March 11. For the 2nd time we experienced a disaster. I will only comment on my husband and my experience, We had an offer of a free appetizer. My husband chose the 1/2 order of Texas cheese fries. He then Ordered the 3 for $10 and had the bacon cheeseburger. He asked if he could exchange the fries for a salad as he was getting the Texas cheese fries. The waitress said yes and what dressing would you like. He said make it a Caesar salad. I had the bottomless soup, salad and chips.

When it comes time to pay we were charged for the Texas cheese fries plus $4.49 for a bowl of soup and $5 for a Caesar salad. We called the waitress over and she offered to make the change but argued about the fries. The new bill now had the charge for the salad, we questioned that and were told you can't exchange fries for a salad, What? We asked about this before ordering. We paid and waited while our friends then disputed their bills.

Another diner at our table was charged for a bowl of soup that I had. Manager was called over and he was less than helpful telling the group that my husband and I had gotten away without paying for soup. This happened to us the month before. After much frustration and 40 minutes, said we would have to think twice about returning. Manager said that was our prerogative. Where is customer service?

We decided to eat here (chili's 38th st Indianapolis,in) 03/14 around 12:30 pm. There was 9 of us so I knew we would have to split tables. Upon entering the bartender said she couldn't help us (there were two tables occupied in the entire place).. The manager came out and said he won't have servers until 1.....I told him that's fine and he sat us. 30 minuted in waiter comes and takes our orders. I made it easy and paid the waiter for our entire party in cash and tipped 30%. We left and realized we left a baby bag. My 14 year old went back and the older white manager cornered him saying we didn't pay our bill. My son escaped and ran to car and told me what he said. I look up and this crazy manager is chasing my son out!!! I get out of my car and asked what his problem is? I walk inside to find out waiter and he is no where to be found. So, yes I went off on this manager and then I find out he never even asked the waiter!!!!! This guy obviously has no business being a manager! He embarrassed my family and son. Plus, what made him think it was ok to speak to a child like that! Probably the same mgr that schedule one person at lunch to work. Do better Chili's!

I called Chili's in Olive Branch, MS 5 times and wasn't able to get an answer, so I placed order online. Order was place at 7:50pm and I arrive at restaurant around 8:30 because my order should've been ready for pick up at 8:36pm. However, it 9:20pm and I'm still sitting in parking lot. I tried to call into restaurant to cancel order, but phone still busy.

I went to Chili's restaurant in Newark Delaware and they had a waiting list.so the lady that works there took my name and my phone number so I can be on the waiting list when they have my table ready. They said the waiting list will only be about 5 to 10 mins.There were four people in front of me that was put on the waiting list too. I went back to my car and waited 20 mins.I decided to go back inside and I asked them how come I haven't got the call for my table and I have been patiently waiting for about 25 mins now while those four people in front of me was already sitting and got their food.one of the worker asked me if I want a manager and I told her sure.the manager came out and start explaining to me about this and that. I am a regular customer at Chili's restaurant and this never happened to me before.The Manager and the two employees that was working that night was so racist. The reason why I said that is because when I was explaining the situation to the manager, there were two white couple came in and they sat them down right away while I'm still trying to figure out why I have been waiting for thirty mins for my table. It was a very disappointment night for me.

Just left chili's in Hinesville ga. 31313 Apparently 4pm is an off time with no servers. We were seated, then left for an awkward amount of time. Heard the hostess tell a girl that she needed to wait on us. I guess she was about to leave her shift. She looked at us with an ugly face and told the hostess she was leaving. We told the hostess we were leaving too. No servers today.???? Never again.

I just had lunch with my family at chili's on Rainbow and lake Mead. The server Tina was ok but, I was very disappointed the way Joey the manager handled my situation. I've been going to Chilis for years and every time I was there I have rewards. I kindly asked him if he was able to help me with my rewards and didn't even attempt to help and said very directly NO we don't do that. You can only do 1. I reminded him in a kind voice this is not my first time most times the managers comes to help because I had 2 kids meals and 2 entrees from my 16 year old son and myself. He told me all the managers are wrong for doing that and there not suppose to. That's at least 20 managers that had helped me in the past and he says they are all wrong including a proprietor of the facility. He was the first manager to be rude and not even try.

I am very upset with the way I was treated by the Chili's in Clay, NY. I went in to have dinner and get a table for 5. They quoted me 10 to 15 minutes which was fine. I got the text message that Chili's will seat you when there is a table available. I looked at the clock and a half hour went by and I went back in and talked to the hostess and she said that she was sorry they were trying to figure out a way to make a table of 5. Which all they needed to do was add a chair to a table. So I said no problem and went back out to wait. An hour came along and we called and they told me that they texted me and we did not come in and they gave our table away. Then they proceeded to tell me that we can call back in 10 minutes and see if there is a table available. I was furious and told them never mind. I just find it funny that we got the first text, but never the second text. It had to be human error on their part because there is no way I would have gotten the first text but not the second. I will no longer be going to Chili's which is very sad because we went so many times because we love chili's. My kids even wanted to celebrate their birthdays there. I just wanted to let you know they something should be done with your waiting.

Also my friend was in there to see if we were seated and they told her no. So she stopped to zip her jacket because it was freezing outside. They told her in a rude tone that she needed to wait outside. She stopped and told them that she was just zipping her jacket.

I am very sad at this experience. I am sure that nothing will be done because many people don't care. I'll tell you we went to Applebee's and they treated us like we were queens.

We were on our way to Chili's as a basketball team & parents so I called to let them know ahead of time...I received a call from the manager saying they don't have the servers to work it. I suggested for her to call servers in, and she supposedly did even though it was only 3 minutes later I got the call back, she said no one wants to come in & work! Bad management & hiring apparently. Lots of people need jobs rn & are willing to come make $$ at any opportunity. We were extremely disappointed ☹️

We went to Chili's about 7 weeks ago. Only spent $27 but that why we only spent $27 . Drinks was horrible we got the wrong order and the waitress about 7 months pregnant argued with us about what we ordered . Am allergic to Onions I asked her multiple times please don't add onions on my club sandwich now my husband had wrong order and I ate my first bite of onions as I swallow I notice it was extra onions . Called the manager she said she would give us a refund nothing . Called Cody who's the manager there too . He promise me a gift card to come back still nothing in the mail . No wonder the place is empty . Am so disappointed used to go all the time to Melbourne FL it was great now here in SEBRING FL they just don't care .

At at Chili's Feb 23, 2021 @7304 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919. We have always loved Chili's in years gone by. NOT ANYMORE. We can never eat there again. Service was terrible. Food was awful. BUT what done us in, was making a trip to the rest room before leaving. My husband and I both came out sick! It was horrible. It could have not been cleaned in months! It was not unkept. It was NASTY. No more Visits for us.

I took my family to eat last night for a birthday dinner and it was the worst visit ever. We waited for over an hour for our food. The waiter never came to check on us. Matter of fact after he got us drinks he forgot about us for 25 minutes. Then he finally came back and took our orders and we never seen him again. It took us to get a manager in order to get our food. There were people coming in after us and leaving before us. I typically like chilli and go there often but after last night I'm rethinking going back. That was the worst service ever.

Just curious on the drug policy at the Plainview, Texas location. I have been there on several occasions and had several different servers, but I'm concerned that many of them may be under the influence. The bartenders also seem to have had something before they came into work. The service was okay, nothing to hype about any of the times I've been there. Food is cold, and looks reheated, the steaks are rubbery, and the fries old. The servers have their phones out in the dining area where guests can see them, which I find unprofessional. Just wanted to reach out and advise that the Chili's in Plainview, Texas may need to be reminded of the drug policy and dining room etiquette.

I received the absolute worst service ever from Chili's 1-5-2021.
The food was old especially the fries, I asked for a extra cup of honey chipotle sauce and got pieces of chicken in the sauce. It took more than 30 minutes for our order, which has never happened. On top of that, condiments did not arrive until minutes after the food, which was a inconvenience. I will not be returning!!

My server Miriam at the Chili's in Redlands, CA was outstanding. She was prompt, effective and professional. I call the Redlands Chili's to let the store manager know how awesome Miriam was. I told the manager how impressed I was with her customer service was. She needs to be recognized for being awesome.

I am not sure who to contact but I wanted to let you know about the experience we had today at your Farmingdale
Location. We were there for lunch to celebrate some good news. We were there with our 12 year old that has Autism and he can be a real handful. Our waitress Kayla was unbelievably patient with him and did everything she could to help calm him. Towards the end of our meal she asked what we were celebrating and we informed her that we had just received news from our sons Dr that he is now cancer free. Kayla was so very happy for us and expressed her joy for him and our family. The manager on duty (I don't know his name) was also very kind and went above and beyond. I am not sure sure who made the decision but our entire meal covered for us. It is not about the money but the thought that others wanted to celebrate our joy with us. This is how things should be in the world right now, and a great way to end 2020. Thank you for having amazing employees like this working for your company.

Not that you care but you lost 2 customers at the Muncie, Indiana Chili's.
Some stupid idea of only one menu per table or you read it online. Being in our mid 60's not everyone has a cell phone. Reason I got was it saves them time wiping them down. Damn place was almost empty, so you can't spare a menu? Other things went wrong too but I'm running out of room.

My family and I stopped at the Ashford Dunwoody location at approximately 6 pm on a Sunday. After standing at the door for about ten minutes and having to ask for a manager to be seated. Our food can in pieces, the server had an attitude. When we asked for a manager some young man came out and offered us a dessert. We asked that the incomplete meal (minus mash potatoes) be removed from Bill. We waited another fifteen minutes to get a bill. We had to walk towards door before server finally gave us a bill.

My family and I went to Chili's today for lunch, the one in Round Rock ,Texas on North I-35. The hostess tried to set us on a table that wasn't big enough for all of us. But was even worse was that they weren't skipping tables for social distancing. They had large families sitting on each table. And it didn't look safe enough for us to sit there with this whole COVID happening. I told the hostess that we needed to move but it just looked to packed in that one section they were only using. So she moved us to the other side of the restaurant where only one table was being used. My son needed to go to the restroom and the it was on the other side of the restaurant where she tried to seat us before. Omg it looked more packed cuz they had a huge birthday party sitting and people were standing up not using their mask. This was the first time we've gone to Chili's for a longtime and I promise we won't be going there anymore!!!! I can't believe that the manager was allowing that many people to sit in just that section of the restaurant and I can't believe that no one else was asking to be moved how crowded it was. My husband and I were very disappointed with the way Chili's is handling social distancing in their restaurant.

I waiting to hear if I'm a COVID-19 candidate. My family wanted to get me a nice meal while we wait.
The food was under cooked and cold when it arrived!

If the store manager thinks 50 dollars is a way to make up for his team he should be removed immediately as a manager.
He had the nerve to tell my wife she should call the delivery service. I'm confused that it would be their fault for not cooking the food correctly.

The manager himself should drive to my home and bring hot cooked to order food.
I will not feel sorry if this location gets closed due to the virus.

I know no one will reach out even if you do I may not be alive to enjoy another meal.

Horrible service this evening......I get that Friday's busy but wait 1 hour for it to be ready, but to wait over additional 30 minutes is unacceptable. We live 5 minutes away and everything cold. Old fries, egg rolls soft, I could go on but just seems you need better management. My husband was so irrated by the experience that he called manager Roberto and supposed to get credit back.

I have been a very loyal Chillis patron for over 20 years, and I have been dining on a weekly basis at the Carrollwood Tampa Chillis, but my visit on November 17th was terrible, the restaurant was almost empty and it took us (2 people) over 40 minutes to get our food and it was the wrong order, and after waiting another 20 minutes and without any management presence we ended up leaving and having dinner next door at Maloneys next door, I'm very disappointed at the very low customer service.

I was at the CHILI'S in Hamilton,Ohio in the Bridgewater location ME and my SON and 2 of my grandchildren WHEN we got there they directed us to the table NOT one time did they came to US to ask what we wanted WE were there for half an hour 3 couples came in and they were directed to a table and served immediately the young lady look us in the face and totally ignored my family like we didn't exist by the way because the color of our skin and YES I am black when she help the last person and serve them mind you my family waited for 45 minutes we got up from this location as we were leaving because of the rude service we didn't get the waiter didn't have know problem telling us yal have a nice day when she KNEW WE DIDN'T GET SERVE now that was discrimination WHEN everyone came in after US was Caucasian they have to do better

Hello, I went to your Coralville Iowa location today at 11:00. I'm a veteran and wanted to try a meal, as I have not been to chilies since I left the army. I also work at the local VA hospital and know how significance of COVID has affected our area. When I was sat, I was greeted by my server. He was wearing a sports mask, the kind that have reusable plastic inserts, with out the inserts. When he was talking, I could see his lips, and mouth. I have the very same mask. On top of him having two, one inch round holes in his mask, It is not a solid cloth AND they are not authorized. When a person exhales, their breath escapes the mask through the plastic inserts.

I addressed his mask, that I can see his lips. He kept asking me for my drink. Said he was wearing a mask. I told him again, it was not a full mask. He rolled his eyes, went to his bag and put on a Lakers mask under his mesh sport mask, that had two holes. He kept touching his face adjusting the mask underneath, through the holes of his mask and did not wash his hands once.

I left the restaurant, told the manager why.

I'm very disappointed in your company. A mask could have been provided for your employees.
I have served in Iraq and became sick while overseas because of burn pits, unclean air and the regular sand storms. This is an issue for most veterans from the most recent war campaigns. It is not uncommon for veterans to have respiratory issues because of burn pits and because of agent orange.

I will never go to your business again, and I have shared this information with several dozen veteran organizations locally.

Oct 28th my wife and I accompanied some friends and dined in at Chili's located at 2920 Stonecrest Cir Lithonia, GA 30038. Things started off well but when the food was brought out, a waitress served me my burger with a dead fly lying on its back on my top bun of my burger. That's very disgusting seeing something like that and I longer had an appetite to eat there although I was starving. I sat there and waited 15 mins for a manager to come out after bringing the attention to staff. Manager gave me $25 in gift card value, but they still had our bill wrong and I asked them can they fix it. I waited 10 mins and then I just got up and left the gift cards with the manager and told her she can apply that to our meal, It was very unprofessional and a waste of time. I never had a restaurant serve me my food with a fly on it. How did someone not catch that before it left the kitchen, every time I look at that picture on my phone I cringe. That location needs some proper training.

I had the worst waitress tonight. Usually chili's has great service and amazing staff! Tonight I was on table 3 around 8:30 pm October 30th and this lady charged us for the wrong order, made us wait over 30 mins for our drinks to be refilled, I asked for sweet tea and she gave me unsweetened tea. She was spilling drinks everywhere as she kept on walking and had me wait another 30 minutes just for our Togo boxes and forgot one of them and a bowl for my soup. She didn't apologize for either of the problems she caused. Never once did a "I'm sorry for.." come up. I was very respectful but that was awful! I had to ask the guys around me for things I needed that she forgot. I won't have her at my table again.

Ordered curbside pick up despite my better judgement, texted "here" once we arrived no one ever came out 20 minutes later we went in and the order was mixed up or something so we requested a refund. I hadn't been to chili's since the last time they messed up my order and this is quit possibly the worst Chili's in the world, the whole point of curb side pick up was that you don't have to go inside and these are simple orders let alone the overall response from chili's is and has been bad on both the store and corporate level and I used to frequent Chili's so you lose a paying costumer over failure to execute simply providing me with my order and you don't care!

Update: Chilies corporate sent me an E gift certificate for a $5.29 kids meal to try to make up for missing the $10.99 dinner plate, I just don't get it, The two meals are obviously not the same price nor did this impress me or make me happy or want to ever go back to Chili's! I honestly can't believe this is their response they basically ripped me off then Offered me a meal half the value of what I paid for an effort to get me to return to their store WTF?

Ordered Take out and they Litterly missed my entire plate of burger mouth bits with French fries with my take out order so I get to eat Jack in the Box!! One job to do! What am I supposed to go through all the bags you gave me through takeout to make sure everything's there?? This could be double checked to prevent these types of mistakes I live over 25 mins from this location!! I am freaking pissed! Check 40017 promise time 8:34 8/8/2020. There was nothing hard about this order two adults two kids, one adult got to watch everyone else eat chili's and that person of course was me, the person paying for it!

Oct. 4, 2020 my wife and I celebrating 17 years together. She wanted to go to Chili's for lunch before shopping. Stop in at 11:30 greeted by the hostess. I asked for a booth and was told that the only place she had available was a high top in the bar. I asked her again for a booth and she said no. Mind you there was 1/2 of the restaurant that was available was booths. We eat here weekly spending on avg. $60. Notice that since the Covid your facilities seem to be using it to their convenience. Same thing happened about a month ago and I choose to be the bigger person and not file a complaint. Well here we are now, you've lost a customer.

Tried calling your Rogers Arkansas location twice tonight and I was put on hold. No one ever came back to answer the phone to take my order. Not sure what the problem is I am also in restaurant and I am doing my best to help support my fellow restaurant people. I had a order for four people And we ended up calling another restaurant. Ordered food at 7:20pm on 10/01/2020 from our local Chili's in Grand Junction, Colorado. Requested delivery and ordered $70 worth of food for my families dinner. When food was delivered around 8:20pm it was cold and looked like the bag had been tipped over because all the meals were messed up. Upon checking the order come to find some food was missing. I called the restaurant and told the man that answered that I was missing items and one was a side I had to pay extra for. The man then responded "oh and what am I suppose to do about that" with major attitude. To where I replayed upset and added "what do you think you should do?" And he hung up on me.
I called back again and a lady named Kathy answered. I asked her if I could speak to the manager and she told me he was too busy and couldn't speak to me. I told her I was missing ordered items and the person prior hung up on me. And still she said the manger could not speak with me and would have to call me back. I gave her my info and waited until I was able to drive to Chili's. When I walked in around 9:20pm the place was definitely not busy. So much that I could plainly see a few staff members AND the manager by the bar watching the football game! A very polite busser asked how he could help me and I asked for the Manager. To where he went to the group of people watching the tv and told the Manager I was there. The manger came up to me and asked how he could help me and by this point I was so annoyed and mad I just said I need a refund. He looked at my receipt and said ,"Oh yes did you get my message?" I told him no I never got a call. He then confirms the number I gave which was correct and he then apologized that he must have dialed wrong. He took me towards the back area where to go is and started a partial refund. I requested a full refund. Missing my families dinner, then the very low customer service and complete lack of the fact that we went without our food made me lose my appetite. And to walk in and see that everyone's just hanging out watching the game... yes very shocked at how poorly I was treated. I won't be ordering from this location again.

My grandmother and I left your pooler Georgia location not long ago. We walked in and it wasn't hardly busy at all only had three tables that had people sitting at them. Waited about 2-3 mins before the hostess came up to seat us. We sat at our table at 4:10pm. We ordered our appetizer and food and drinks. Once the appetizer came out a few minutes later a couple of all's in and is seated. After it had been awhile maybe 30 mins The waitress comes to tell us our food will be up shortly they're waiting on our fries. 20 mins later the couple AFTER us gets their food and then my grandmother asks what the hold up with ours is. We asked to speak to a manager. The manager by the name of Brandon comes to our table and we told him what the issue was and he said he would take off our appetizer to make up for the issue we had. I understand restaurants can get busy however they were not busy at all. Waiting over an hour for food when it isn't busy at all is ridiculous.

My daughter and I went to the Chili's in Summerville Sc on Dorchester Rd and we waited for 2 1/2 hours for our food. But our waitress was awesome and waited patiently with us. And we definitely tipped Kayla. They were short staff. And we understand that. May need to hire dependent employees

I have been working at Chillis in Jackson Tn Ok the 45 bypass and I would like all to know that they have the worst management any place of business could have ! The GM smokes weed while on shift with employees but yet try and discipline other employees for calling her out and saying she isn't the manger that job needs or shouldn't be any manager at all . Then not to forget how messy hey can be I could have a personal conversation with her or any three managers there and the next day I come in to work people are looking at me like I'm crazy and asking me about what I've spoken to one of them about when I thought yes every job had an open door policy and that what ever we came to management about would be kept Confined for your privacy and protection. On August 1, 2020 I visit Chilis on Airway & Goodman in Southheavn Mississippi, We ordered our food around 8:15 p.m my family and where visiting from California as we waited on our food I notice one of the cooks eating in the back with his bare hands no cloves on at all. We asked for the Manager she came we let her know what we seen and she never corrected the issue instead she delayed our food 45 mins, the kids were very hungry, the she left. I'm still upset due to she delayed the food for the children. Manger Jennifer Guy definitely don't care nor have concerns of the customers. I'm very offended about this. I'm definitely letting everyone know about this Chilis and I'll never visit there again. I'm gonna keep calling until I'm heard! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!

I'm very disgusted with Chili's right now! Idk what's going on with them but lately they have been horrible! This is my second issue with them. The first about a month and a half ago I placed a delivery order and ordered the little burgers for my son and they were disgustingly red...I was told by the manager that I'd be getting a refund and NEVER did!!! Now Saturday 8/8/20 I placed an order and while drinking my Blackberry Iced Tea I took a sip and a nasty black bug came through the straw!!!! I spit it out immediately!! I also took pictures of it!!! May I add it wasn't a tiny bug either!! ?? I will NEVER order from there again!!! NEVER!!!

we received our corn on the carb wrapped in foil and thrown in the bottom of the bag it was not in a container and when I asked about this because we get the same thing all the time the crispy chicken crispers with french fries and corn on the cob I was provided with a container to put them in and when I told him this is never happened to me before in several months of getting carry out I spoke with two different managers one who had a complete attitude and told me I was going to listen to on one manager asked what I could do what they can do I'm sorry to make it up I told the second manager just to give Mia hi a gift card for the amount I spent was denied I tried calling your corporate office and it's closed I apologize for the rambling but I am doing a dictation talk to text I would appreciate a call back I also have a photo to share but I don't believe is the proper way to serve food

I would like to know why when you make a curb side call in it says to park in curb side parking spot to stay in your car and someone will come out to you? After going in and being told to go to the bar to pick up my order and waiting at the bar with no help then went back to my car and called when I did receive my food I asked about the curb side service and was told that they didn't know why the phone service said to wait in the car and then said that they need to contact corporate so I thought I would would ask why have curb side if you have to go in with covid 19 going on I would not have made a ordered if I had known I was going to have to go in cashier name was Sabrina date was 08/07/2020 trans 844609 & 718668. The other night my daughter and I went to Chili's for dinner on Hixson Pike in Chattanooga, TN. 37343. We were seated in the back of the dining room near the carry out door, of course they were very busy as people taking dinner home.

Our complaint was the buzzer at the carry out door, it was so loud and annoying it was unreal. No only did it go off when someone came in, but it went off when someone went out. I can't began to tell you we were ready to leave not long after we got there, I even asked our waiter if they could turn it down and our waiter said he wished he could. If I could make a suggestion why don't you put in something like a door bell that goes ding dong. I am so sorry to complain but trying to eat with a annoying buzzer going off is not enjoyable.

Thank you for your time and I do hope something can be done about this. We enjoy eating at Chili's, but the buzzer needs to go.

I worked for the chilis in newark Delaware and that was the worse job I've ever had the manager put her hands on me physically multiple times and threatened me even tho she touched me and all I did was give her an attitude. Also they are so rude and disrespectful to everyone. I got sick thought I had COVID so I messeged them which they encourage us to do my phone bill wasn't payed so I couldn't call in but I messaged them multiple times got no answers from them and they fired me for being sick and no calling them when I left messages for them.

Last night my husband and I attempted to take our 3 year old autistic son to eat at the Southaven Mississippi Chili's because he absolutely loves Chili's but as we entered we were refused service because he did not have a mask on. We explained he was 3 and autistic and could not wear a mask. We were again told by a very rude hostess he was not allowed service or to even be on the building. He is exempt one for his age and two for his disability. However, we were told to leave. It is a violation of the law to refuse service to anyone with a disability, on top of being just plain rude and ignorant. Definitely will NEVER be back to this location. We ended up driving to the Olive Branch location which is in the same county and were welcomed with open arms and treated wonderfully. The manager of the Olive Branch location was shocked at how we were refused service and treated. Corporate really needs to review their training and up their game in who they choose to represent them

Chili's in Granbury, Texas. Heads up! I went into Chili's with my family for lunch today. The hostess, Charlie, sent the manager over to talk to my minor age son. The manager, Jesse, came to our table and without even talking to my son put both hands on our table and accused him of calling the hostess a slut. First of all - my son is a MINOR. Second, my son didn't even get a chance to defend himself. My son walked my 76 year old mother in the restaurant and was with her until we were all seated. I promise you if he said anything derogatory especially to a female, my mother would have slapped him. My son was never allowed to defend himself and the manager hid his hostess in the back room. We left without eating. Even a felon has the right to confront his accuser. As much as I love chili's I will NEVER go back. This was completely ridiculous. Parents - watch out for your teenage sons if you take them in here. They are GUILTY until proven INNOCENT.

Chilis Restaurant in Sebring, FL states they are closed due to No Manager on staff. Sounds a bit fishy. Call a GM bring another manager from another store. Rumors going around that they have 3 positive cases for covid and no one from higher up confirms reason for closing. Especially during the weekend when they make the most money.

I was in your Rockwall Texas store last night, I ordered the chicken Cajun pasta. The pasta had very little sauce and just wasn't good so I asked them to take it off of the bill. One of your managers named Jon came out to apologize and asked me to allow him to make it over personally. Long story I just wanted to let you know he did everything right. He was so polite and accommodating. I've been in the hospitality business for 30 years so I can assure you I know good management when I see it .Jon was the ideal employee, exactly the kind of qualities needed to be a good manager! I just left Chillis in KC on NW Berry. Me and my family of 6 were disrespectfully denied seating. Mind you we are African Americans. We walked in expecting to be seated just like all of the other White that were sitting down. To my right in a booth was a family of 6. To my left a family of 4 all WHITE! the rest of the place was empty. The bar was empty even. I have ordered Chili's on numerous occasions & most of the time my order is not correct. I have spoken to management serveral times about my incorrect orders & nothing seems to change. I usually spend around $50+ & always tip $10 because I watressed when I was younger. I ordered Chilli's 2 weeks ago & GrubHub delivered it. I ordered NO bacon on both of my Salmon order with loaded mashed potatoes, NO Bacon! But I got bacon on both. I called Chili's & spoke with a female manager & explained the problem & she said I should come to the Chili's & pick up a new order. I explained to her that I am disabled & that is the reason I ordered it to be delivered. Makes sense, correct?! So she said she would mail me some Chili's coupons, took my name & address & said she would send them in the mail. Well it's been 2 weeks & I HAVEN'T received them. I was thinking of ordering Chili's today because I love the food,( especially when my order is correct) but I remembered that I never received the coupons I was promised so I've decided I will NO LONGER order online or dine in at Chili's again. I have been going to Chili's for 30 year's (at the old University/Mill Ave.location) but if management is incapable of solving simple issues as getting ALL orders correct than I can no longer support your restaurant & I'm not thrilled about that because Chili's is & has been my favorite restaurant for 30 year's but I can't take the utter disregard for the customer. It's disrespectful! But because we are in hard times right now I will NOT right a crappy review on Chili's because I do have a heart. Here's a simple suggestion. Before the order is put in the bag/s to be delivered to the customer go through the order. It's so dam simple, seriously! Thank you for your time.

I ordered online today, and checked the "carry out" selection on the online order form.

Upon arrival, I parked my car, and walked inside. Greeted by the hostess, she directed me to the "to go" counter.

At the counter, I handed an employee a copy of my online printed receipt, and I was told to get back into my car, then drive around your restaurant, and then pick up the order. Why?

So, I get back into my car, drive around to your curb station, honked my car horn, and was yelled at by an employee to park my car. Really?

I parked my car, then was greeted by the same employee I met inside who proceeded to ask me who I was. I already provided him my information when I was inside and showed him my receipt twice at this point.

After waiting an additional 10 minutes, I finally received my order.

1. Why could you not just hand me the carry out order when I was inside?

2. Why ask me who I am when you already knew when I handed you a receipt and told you who I was when I was inside?

3. Why make guests play "hokey-pokey" curbside games?

I understand "social distancing" with Covid-19 fears, but your process is over complicated and very inefficient. Thanks for the deliberate and unnecessary frustration!

Make guests wear masks. You have reopened and I am from the Cookeville, TN location. You are taking all these precautions to protect guests. But you are taking minimal precautions to protect employees. After one week of opening, I have been hosting. A guest who walked into Chili's has given me covid. I am not okay health-wise. In fact, I am livid, because you aren't doing anything to protect people like me. Now I can't work to pay bills, nor can I reapply for unemployment. I have worked there for nearly 3 years as a loyal server, QA, hostess, and to go. I'm upset that my company that I love does not care about me or my health. Just the people who make you money.

First I want to say thanks to the Chili's team on Wheatland & I-20 in Dallas, TX for an awesome job. Shaterrica and her team provided great service. This week was Teacher Appreciation week and she help made our Social Distance Brunch a success. I called Chili's on Friday, May 1, 2020 to ask questions on the best way to have my order for Tuesday 5/5/2020. Shaterrica provided great customer service and was very helpful to ensuring This day would be awesome for my teachers. On May 5, 2020 I called to ensure what time it would be ready.I asked if the had a delivery service 35 minutes before pickup time. Shaterrica said don't worry I'll bring it to your location I was so happy because that saved me time so I could greet the teachers as they came. They arrived a little after 12 and set the food and drinks on the table. Food was hot and well organized. All 30 orders was completed with no mistakes. The teachers was excited and enjoyed the food. The chicken pasta was extremely good. The site manager and I as the administrators of the center was elated with the service and food. Thanks again again and again.

AVOID THE SLIDELL RESTAURANT IF YOU EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I thought restaurants needed customers to stay afloat in this terrible time. I WAS LEFT ON HOLD FOR NEARLY 35 MINUTES. Plus THEY NEVER PUT IN MY ORDER. When the lady came back on the phone she said she thought I Had HUNG UP. The phone. She would have found out if she came back to check. She needed the manager to put in my senior discount. Should this take 34 minutes?? Then they wanted to charge for a refill cup to take home. I used to eat there at least 2 times a week. I have never had such BAD service in my life. Your other restaurants in Metairie, Mandeville and Covington have always given me great service but Slidell doesn't know what GOOD SERVICE LOOKS LIKE. You have just lost 2 customers since I take a friend whenever I go. Maybe you can straighten them out and I will give them another try. Please let me know when that happens.

I would like to give a shout out to Stephanie, Megan and Anna at the Manhattan, Kansas Chilis! After a horrible experience with Doordash mixing my order up with another customer's, this team was so helpful in trying to figure out how to correct everything. They took the time to contact Doordash and to reach out to me and the other customer multiple times. I really appreciate their willingness to make the situation right, even when it wasn't their fault in the first place. Thank you so much again ladies!!

I heard about the incident in Orlando where the employees were called in, cleaned the store and were then fired. I ordered food from Cillis Saturday night and I enjoyed a great deal. I will not order or go to to a Chili's until I hear that this issue has been resolved in the employees favor.

I'm at the Chili's on 119th in Chicago and the service is horrible I'm standing at the bar waiting for the Bartender to clean the bar she never did acknowledge either one of us never said wait a minute I'll be right with you never looked up I've been staying here over 10 minutes And even when she started cleaning the bar off she never said hello, sorry for the wait and even still she hasn't said hello or nothing. As a paying customer this is absolutely ridiculous.

I am a loyal customer who regularly goes to visit Chilis at least once a week. Too many times I see countless customers with a party of 5 or more and not leave a tip to their waitresses. Since I eat at Chilis often I have come to know the staff and I ask them if maybe they leave the tip on their card and I'm told no. I hate to see that the employees at Chilis don't even get paid very much to begin with since they work for tips and there is ruthless people that cant even tip 5 dollars. I feel that if you can't afford to eat at a restaurant and leave a tip then you should just stay home and cook for yourself. Most of the employees are young kids going to college so that they can better their lives, but how can they make ends meet when there are so many people that don't even tip their waitresses. I know in the big cities tips are automatically included in their bill, why can't that be done in Brownsville, Tx. No, instead waiter's and waitresses are working their butts off for people that are not even kind enough to tip their waitresses. I feel it should be included in your bill and I will continue to make complaints like this and email corporate until something is down.

Why are the restaurants in Orlando open in the midst of a pandemic, especially when every other business and schools are closed for the month!!

The location is in close proximity to the Orlando International Airport and services many international travelers.

Does chili's NOT care about the public's welfare and that of its employees? How very irresponsible and greedy of this corporation to trade dollars for my he health of the community.

If this is how they handle an emergency, I will refrain from frequenting their establishment as long as they continue to show an indifference to

I recently visited a Chili's in Inglewood , CA on Century Blvd. I have never experienced such horrible service. Besides waiting 20-30 minutes for us to Find our server, When I asked another server was he our server , he just replied , "oh no i work the other side" What he should have said is no but let me get your server, and then another 15 mins for drinks . When we finally received our meal part of mine was not ready. And was not hot, How do you bring someone an incomplete meal? By the time I received it I was finished , and the other part of my meal was cold.
I was so upset by that time I just wanted to leave.

I was taking my father out to dinner , so I was extra upset. The service there was unexceptable, and the Manager was no where to be found .
I will never frequent that Chili's again.

My daughter and I went to the Easton MD restaurant this past Thursday. We were seated and after 10 minutes a male waiter said he'd be right back to get our drink orders. We waited another 20 minutes, watching the waiter walk past us to wait on others. I've never done This in my 54 years, but after knowing what we wanted to eat, we put down our menus and walked out. We went to Olive Garden and got excellent service. We will never be back and will tell our friends about our experience.

My Husband and I love to go out and eat at different restaurants and we stopped by Chili's.

He is a professional Chef and loved the environment and food that he got a job in the kitchen and on his first day he immediately was appalled. It took all he had not to call the city health inspector. So in his difference I'm doing it for him for he's extremely upset. Now what i'm going to mention on here will be very minor. After hearing him explain things to me (also professional chef) I'm letting you all know that we are blessed we didn't get food poisoning after eating here. Here we go: Drug dealing in kitchen(prep cook and dish washer) Main Cook (Extremely Loud Music) volume so loud that no one can hear orders and he left right at the end of his day and left kitchen empty of anyone cooking. Nothing and no one cleans. Acid baths for tools aren't being cleaned after seconds being pulled out and having food prepped on them (RAW CHICKEN EXAMPLE) the amount of grease on the wheels u can use a putty knife on. FIRE HAZARDS EVERYWHERE!!! I would love to know whose in charge of all of this. I understand the amount of work your company has, however it's no excuse. We will not ever eat there again and may not eat at another establishment again. It's unfortunate that he won't be helping your store at this location be more productive for he's that good and you are miss out on a fantastic employee . I've already alerted the Police of the drug deals and City of San Antonio of everything else. People are hurting your business that you or someone else has worked so hard to build. SOOOOOOO MANY VIOLATIONS the whole place needs to be shut down and revamped. FRESH START!!! Good Luck This is current and correct information. My advice would be to do your under table in house investigation with only corporate knowing . Hidden cameras in all angles etc.

My wife and myself visit the Chili"s location at 400 W. University Dr. Tempe,az every week. Usually on Friday afternoon. The first issue I have has been going on for a year or more. In the men's room the toilet seat has benn falling off. I've talked to the G.M. about it numerous times. Practicaly every week. They say they tighten it every day. I come in on a Thursday, it is loose! Maybe corporate should look into this. I wonder how much you would lose in funds if some older person fell off of the toilet? The seat cover box is stuck in the safety bar because it fell off the wall sometime late last year. The second issue I have is sometimes the serve staff is standing around texting. I caught a comment yesterday that a server and her boyfriend were making out in the kitchen while food sat on the warmer. {boyfriend= works in the bar or kitchen I guess} It probably is time for Nick the Greek district rep to come by. I have visited with him before but not with these issues. I hope you can solve these issues. {my server that we have has been our server for a couple years at least. Very professional and courteous and we really like him. However if he would suddenly disappear from there We would likely do the same. The G.M. Went for husbands birthday dinner, there was a straw paper found under one of my husbands pieces of chicken. Waitress told her manager who didnt do anything but say theres no straws back there. Neither one of our straw papers were close to our plates. No replacement plate was offered. The manager couldnt even be bothered to come speak with us in person. Waitress apologized, but nothing was done.

Had lunch at Chilis is ygts. My husband started choking and turning red and not one person came to help . He had to pound on himself to try to breath. Thankfully the wheezing and choking stoped. It left him very weak. Shame on the sraff for not coming to help him. Will never go back and will not recomend Chillis to anyone. On January 17,2020 in Chili's MSP international airport. Three of my coworkers & myself decided to have a drink & some food at Chili's. I frequent Chili's all over in my profession I travel a lot! Love Chili's. We waited nearly 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Finally we were seated. It was another 15mins before a waiter came over, where we asked for 4 waters with lemons as we looked over menu! Another long wait as waiter came back no water & ask if we wanted drinks! Upon asking for our drinks, he wasn't able to get one because he said they didn't have a blender! Finally 3 of us said just give us the margaritas & 1 white Russian! That took FOREVER! We asked for the water again! Even though we wanted food & our flights were delayed, we wasted so much time waiting on drinks & service even after we tried to get our waiters attention to order,we decided not! Asked for checks & to our surprise the small white Russian was pricey. We looked over the check only to find out that he was charged for a double shot of 1 of the alcohols in the drink! I asked for the manager who was very unprofessional & said that's how they ring up on register! I said but that's not right, he didn't order a double shot! Can't you as manager override it & make it right! She said in a very nasty tone no, that's the price! I have never had this behavior from any Chili's ever! I truly don't believe this is the customer service personel you want representing your company!

I went on my little girls birthday and was seated quickly the host was so helpful but wish I could say the same for the service the waitress kinidy was so rude as if my family was not important enough she didn't seem to really care she took forever to give us refills and when the food came out it was cold and when I asked for her to sing for my daughter's birthday she was rude and said they don't do that my daughter was sad I will never return to top it off my to go drink was not lemonade it had more water then lemonade hopefully that server gets fired

I want to order chips and salsa for a party. But all you have available is your party platter size which is only 2 small oz. containers. Thats like two very small bowls of soup. For a party? On The Boarder sells the salsa in quart size containers. I would suggest you make that available. For under 10 bucks they provide a full quart of salsa. I guess I'm just baffled that all you make available for catering is 2 small 8oz containers. At a party those small containers would be gone in minutes. Consider it a suggestion box idea. I'm a lover of Chili's. My boyfriend and I visited the Chili's in Carson, CA, this past Wednesday around a little after 8pm. This was my first time visiting this particular Chili's. I had heard good things from others about that particular Chili's. Whether it was from some of my sports fan friends, or after special events my friends went there to celebrate @ Chili's. We walked in the restaurant a very nice amount of tables avail, so they weren't overwhelmed with customers. It looked like it would be a smooth-sailing night. We were seated, and were greeted by a waitress. Her greeting was decent. She had to come back for us to take out order, because we really indecisive due to new items, but we new we had to order in a timely manner, because my boyfriend is a diabetic and it was time for him to eat. He had taken his meds. We placed our order, and just waiting for our food. The waitress brings our food to the table. I look @ my plate, I confirm it's what I ordered. i look @ his plate, a d try to figure why his trio fajitas plate meat looks so burned (the beef). I question him is he going to eat that seriously burned meat. In the mist of his answer I pick-up my corn. I always LOVE the corn @ Chili's. This corn was so COLDDDD. It's like it was taken out of the freezer, and ran under warm water for semi-room temperature, and the rest was freezer cold. I was so mad/dissapointed that a cook didn't catch something that BADDDDD. I requested the waitress to have the manager to come to out table. I watched from afar this manager come across the room with one of the most disgusted looks/what is it. Well when he reached our table his greeting, and attitude matched right up with his facial look, coming across the room. I explained the situation fully about my plate, and my boyfriends plate. His response was "What do you want me to do"? It took everythikng in me to NOTT curse him out. I'm the daughter of a caterer, and party planner of 25 years, and I professionally have done CSR jobs for over 20 plus years. So I know the food business, and CSR, like the back of my hand. The managers name was Andre, and he is the WORSE representation of Chili's, a southern based company. This man needs to be on the bathroom schedule to clean them, and have no public contact. So I respond to him, "We came out for dinner tonight, and we would like some plates that are hot, and able to enjoy. I even asked/suggested he touch my corn he refused to. He proceeds to say nothing. I said aren't you going to compensate us some way. His response"Oh you want a salad, or soup? We ordered soup. We waited almost 15 minutes to get the soup, then it's in these little soups and barely hot. Then prior to putting our food my boyfriend ordered a soda, which he never got. We had become sooooo disgusted with this everything we got up, and left. We really wanted to dine @ Chili's that night, so we drove from the Carson restaurant, to the Torrance Chili's, and please don't foreget my boyfriend is a diabetic and needing to eat. My prayers are some type of discipline is going to be used on that manager Andre. He's beyond a horrible representation for Chili's, and hopefully no one else will have to encounter his tackyness. I believe Garret was the manager over there, and our bubbly waitress.

Hello I need for someone to reach me. I am very upset(in tears)I spoke with a Manager by the name of Joey states he was as a service Manager. He was very rude, he also refuse to give me his last name, I called about a order that was not correct and about the $40 coupons they sent to me, which is was suppose to be $80. He refuse to help me, he also refuse to give me the cooperate office number. I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU WOULD HAVE SOMEONE REPRESENT YOUR COMPANY IN THIS MANNER. I AM STILL SHAKING AFTER SPEAKING WITH HIM.
