I worked or Marshall's in alpena an it was thee worst place I had ever worked managers are thee laziest ppl I have ever worked with an nothing is organized an they pick on ppl all day an have ppl snitching on others all day I would never work for any of them again an there pay is very low
On march 26th I came into Marshall's at 9:00pm to buy a couple outfits for my dad's funeral that was the next day. The only place I shop at is Marshall's I'm a very frequent customer. When I went into Marshall's I had picked out 4 outfits and rushed to the dressing room since I knew they were going to close in 10 minutes . When I had the first outfit tried on someone started banging on the door stateing who told u that you can go in there. We're closed ! I informed the lady I have two more outfits to try on if she don't mind. She then called another friend worker to the dressing room to talk about me. I got pissed off and walked out of the dressing room informing her my father just passed ah e then called her supervisor to come check me to make sure I didn't steal anything. Not only was I embarrassed but I was hurt due to my father passing away I thought I could at least find a nice outfit for his funeral and have good customer service. I will never go to that Marshall's again.
Got a white dress that is visible dirty on each side of the shoulder area and when asked a 10.00 deduction for dry cleaning the cashier said the manager would not do anything for me.My husband wants me to return the item and to stop shopping there because is ridiculous having to dry cleaning a dress before wearing it.Is there anything you could do for me?
