Original Comment I was trying to book with Expedia this morning a flight that the website showed at $372. I went through the data entry, and my on line booking was interrupted. I had to call customer service. She informed me that the flight was not $489, but a discount was available. STILL the price was much higher than the advertised. This is a classical "bait and switch" sales technique. I went to Orbitz and got the advertised price of $372. This is a VERY BAD BUSINESS MODEL. I believe this is also an illegal business practice in the United States.
