Original Comment I bought 2 groupons for perfume. I then saw a deal for an Acer notebook. I contacted Groupon and asked if I could cancell the perfume and get the notebook instead. I received an email to confirm that everything was in order. My credit then disappeared from my account and i made an eft for the difference.<br /> <br /> I then received an email saying that the deal did not go through because I did not pay in time. <br /> <br /> After a lot of phone calls, requests and emails, i received a phone call and an email to let me know that i will receive the notebook in a weeks time.<br /> <br /> Well, that week, I received the perfume that was cancelled. I do not even know what happened to the credit that I had.
