Original Comment Windstream is the worst company and the customer service is about 75% terrible. I have been hung up on and also lied to <br /> I had my services turned off in January 2013 was promised that a tech would remove the telephone line from the pole to my home and here it is April 2013 and no one had come. I hope I never have to use this company ever again. They know that I am disable and cannot even hardly walk due to them being in my home when the service was started over 20 years ago. I would have never thought I would see the day you cannot get them to do what they promised to do. Again I hope I NEVER have to use this company again.
