Original Comment Why is there no descent customer support at Groupon? I purchased a photo book Groupon late last year so I could create a gift for my husband on his birthday or father's day. I only kept the code, not the orginal email, so I could remind myself. Several days ago I login into My Account and oh, surprise, my code did not appear. Like many of you I contacted Customer Support via email, and I am tired of wasting my valuable time dealing with slow and lousy customer service. A simple question "the code I emailed, is it associated with a photo book purchase"....no answer, just more I'm sorry and can you do this and can you send me this and can you answer all the questions below. Another reason we stopped using Groupons for the theater I manage. We create our on discounts.
