Original Comment Never use Payless. They are liars. I rented a car through a third party; I was quoted $39 which included insurance. When I got to the counter, they tried to charge me over $128; after arguing, they changed it to $76. This was suppose to be for one day; bottom line is they did not want to honor the rate given by the third party. I will never use Payless car rental again.
