Original Comment The customer service for your company is in one word-HORRIBLE.<br /> I called and was told that I would recieve a response and until I called, there was none. I had to go the product ordered at full retail price because of the need. I was told that a refund would be issued within ten days, but yet if I was to make a purchase, it would be taken within minutes---it should be refunded within 24 hours, or is this a case of buyer beware---you might get it, or you may not, but we got your money, now try and get it back.
