Original Comment I am a 57 year old homebound disabled veteran. I signed up with Facebook to spend time in the forums discussing politics and other things. After only a few hours I received an email saying I am not who I say I am and they want a government issued ID. Even though I don't like sending things like that I did it and got a reply that it had been an error and my account had been unlocked. When I went back to log on I was still locked out. I have sent numerous emails but to no avail. This company seems to be completely fine with making millions of dollars of dollars off of their users but truly cares nothing about them. They should be required to give customer support when they make money off of their users. I am now unable to get on to Facebook with no explanation and no recourse. It should be illegal what they are doing.
