I purchased a flight to Atlanta from Ft Lauderdale on Jan 24, 2014 leaving March 28, 2014. The day of the flight I was getting ready to go to the airport, when I attempted to print my conformation I discovered that the flight had been cancelled. I immediately called the airline (Delta) they referred me to cheap tickets. I called cheap tickets and was on hold for over 20 minutes. Finally I got someone from customer service. I advised them of the situation and they transferred me to a supervisor. The supervisor stated that the flight was cancelled on March 14, 2014 at 3 or 4 in the morning. I advised the supervisor that I did not cancel the flight. She stated that she would have to have it investigated and I would be contacted in 7 to 10 business days. A month later after not hearing from anyone at cheap tickets I called customer service again. The gentleman after I explained to him the situation he connected me to a supervisor. This supervisor stated that he saw that it was noted in the system that they needed more time for the investigation. He also stated that the previous supervisor noted that she attempted to contact me. I advised him that NO ONE contacted me either by phone or email. He stated that he was going to make note that I called and requested to be contacted. Today I called again since no one had contacted me, after being on hold for 28 minutes I finally got to customer service. The supervisor this time stated that the investigation stated that I went online and cancelled the flight. This is NOT accurate. I DID NOT CANEL THE FLIGHT. I requested to speak to her supervisor after which she placed me on hold. After several minutes she came back to the phone and advised me to continue to hold. The after several more minutes she came back to the phone and advised that her manger was not available and that they would contact me with 24 to 48 hours. I advised her that I have been advised two previous times that I would be contacted and no one ever did. I honestly feel that cheap tickets just stole my money. I paid for a flight that I did not get to use. I never even received an email stating that the flight had been cancelled and cheap tickets is saying I cancelled it when I did not. They say I have a credit toward a new flight. That is a joke the cost to reschedule the flight leaves me with NO credit at all. I have used cheap tickets several times in the past but I will NEVER use them again. This is an outrage!!!!!!!! And for the record NO ONE has my sign in information for cheap tickets, as a matter of fact NO ONE knows I have an account. Well let me say had an account because I WILL NEVER use cheap tickets again. I'm sure the company does not even care about losing a customer. I do not appreciate being ripped off my money does not come easy. Thanks to cheap tickets I missed an interview (which was just a formality) for a good position and took a loss and missed an opportunity. THANK AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
