WHAT A JOKE... I fly out of Ohio and have a complete itinerary then they change it 4 times, TWICE they change it and have me stopping in Atlanta. Keep telling them I live in Ohio and that is where the flight originates and I am OK with flights changing etc but you have to get me back to where I started and my car is at. Called numerous times and hold for a total of over 6 hours and disconnected 6 times on the transfer to a Supervisor. I leave a message for a Supervisor to call me back as I have better things to do then be on hold for an hour at a time. Supervisor never calls back. <br /> I cannot get a copy of my NEW itinerary as everytime they say they are sending me one I get the old one which does not reflect the changes, so I am worried I am going to be in Mexico City and not have roof which flight I am suppose to get on. <br /> Service SUCKS, first line customer service cannot do anything, Supervisors do not care and Corporate does not return any messages... I will NEVER use them again
