I have had a nightmare since 10/21 when I booked a hotel and rental car and never got a confirmation and called on 10/25 to be told they only have a "hold" not a confirmed reservation. Told them my bank shows the charge went thru and out of my account. They told me to redo the reservation so I did only to be told at the rental place I had 2 paid vehicles. After explaining to them what happened they said to dispute with Travelocity. The hotel said the same thing about 2 hotels booked. That is when this nightmare began. Numerous phone calls; put on hold, disconnected assured no charge other than the final one was done by them. Called Corporate office spoke to Melissa who was nice but had to turn me over to Jennifer Shaw left 2 messages for her and she NEVER called me back had someone else call to tell me that they have escalated my complaint to Tier3 whatever that means! Today almost 2 months later they call my boyfriend to tell him that I booked 2 reservations and that its my problem and no refund will be given! I did dispute with my bank but they said they don't have chargeback rights with Travelocity! SO......I just called and left another message but this time with the CEO Roshan Mendis. Let's see if he cares about his customers and what is going on with his company. Btw...I have been a longtime customer of travelocity and never had a problem before now.
