Original Comment Someone hacked into my Groupon account that I haven't used in about 5 years. They charged $600 to my account and changed my email address. Got an email from groupon confirming my purchase and another one changing my email address. So now I can't get into my account because I have no idea what it is. Groupon just let's people change someone's email account without verifying first that it is the actual person. Then they say in the email if I didn't make this change to click on the link and email them. I click on the link and i have to enter my email address - which I don't have because Groupon allowed someone to change it. Have contacted my bank about the charges. Trying to contact Groupon to close my account but I can't get through to anyone. If anyone knows how I can close my groupon account because i can't get into my account, please let me know.
