Original Comment Stunningly horrible customer service. This cannot be an accident, it must be part of a corporate strategy to extract money from customers, not care about delivering what they thought they were purchasing and then refusing to help or be accountable for errors. Their goal from the customer service side is to get you to hang up. They then consider the case closed. $8000 trip to Bali cancelled on day of departure due to their error. Unable to find a workable solution after 16 hours of customer service chaos.
