Original Comment Yes, cannot locate anyone at number listed for corporate office located in Chicago. Tried to get refund for travel. Made several calls only to get disconnected and then received an email informing me in order to get refund, needed my credit card information again. again, and explained email and need for reimbursement. Transferred to several individuals and again was informed that credit card information needed to reimburse. I informed customer care personnel I was not comfortable with giving information and that there should already be a record of card used. Was told that executive manager would get involved and would need credit card number to process refund. I smell scam. I would never recommend this website for any bookings.
