I am a user of the chamberlain/liftmaster door openers. I recently had to replace a sum parts.<br /> It seemed after a number of calls with some reps better than others. they had told me different things that were confusing and false.<br /> I did not give up finally I talked on 2/16 at about 7.00 pm and spoke with Ashley. She took care of my problem in about 15 min Ashley should be commended on her knowledge, patience, and persistence to solve my problem You need more dedicated and knowledgeable agents like Ashley.
