Original Comment I made a reservation for a rental car today. Put all the information into the site. When I printed up the confirmation, the pick-up time and drop-off time were incorrect! I called your customer service for help in getting the times corrected. I was on the phone for almost 2 hours and did not get the problem resolved. The agent(s) offered to charge my card and then issue a credit. They said I could pay full price at the time of pick up and they would issue me a refund once I sent in the copy of my receipt. I think this was a switch and bait! One price was offered but the time were switched to cause the price to go up! Very poor customer service!
