I feel your pain. Now they have this message that their system is down. The "chat line" is a complete joke. Unless you talk to a person you have no real idea how much money they plan to extort from you when canceling (multiple trips in my case) until you get a live person. They hang up on you, spin you round and round. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have used travelocity for well over 12 years but you can guarantee that once I get these tickets cancelled they will never hear from me or anyone I know again. This is a pathetic way to show support for customers in a time when the circumstances are out of our hands. Further to that, my son has a child in his grade who has just tested positive for COVID-19. Do you really want me to get on a plane with you until the county clears everyone in the school district? I bought cancellation insurance. If I have to pay one dime to cancel these trips for something outside of my control I will hire a class action lawsuit lawyer to gather the masses and come after travelocity.
